Audiologist Tatal Audi at Boots in Preston was very polite, courteous and very thorough with the hearing test. Explained everything and what I needed. Had two more apptments and sorted hearing aids.

A place to be trusted

The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and helpful.. They treated you with great respect. Nothing was too much trouble. Best of all they listened to you.

The tests time well spent.

The tests were carried out with care and good humour. Everything was explained and demonstrated to my satisfaction. I was helped to select an appropriate model of hearing aid without any pressure. The whole visit was a pleasure, and I’m looking forward to receiving the hearing aids.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the Hearingcare person. He explained everything and it was fascinating. He handled it all with great care and nothing was too much trouble

Excellent service

Excellent service. Everything was explained very clearly with lots of opportunities for questions. I was taken through the types of hearing aids available with the pros and cons being pointed out to me. I did not feel any pressure to choose any particular one but was encouraged to find one to fit my particular needs. I received my aids the week after my assessment and have been using them for a week now. It seems to me that the actors on TV have stopped mumbling and my family members are speaking much more clearly! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Boots Hearing Care in Preston.
