Today i went for my hearing test it was with a very patient man called Harisanker, he was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my first hearing aids i came away happy i highly recommend.

Local clinic in Abingdon. Easy parking. Excellent audiologist (Geethu James) who clearly and patiently explained what she was doing and answered my questions as we went along. Great price. Three appointments in a short space of time so I can test my fittings, settings and moulds before going abroad for two weeks and another fixed for my return.

Pranosh James, introduced himself and told me that he speaks quickly and if I wasn’t understanding him to ask him to slow down and reparations what he had said. Pranosh made me feel very comfortable as he explained the purpose of the mtg and what the outcome would be.
At the end of our mtg I left with new hearing aids and a good understanding of how they work. An app was loaded onto my iPhone and Pranosh explained how it worked.

I knew that my hearing was getting worse. Making an appointment was easy. Although I was a few minutes late going in, the tests were done thoroughly. I was fitted with a new pair of hearing aids at no cost to me whatsoever. I think this will make quite a difference to everyday life.

This is a first class service. It was easy to book it, and easy to park for our appointment. Jessica at Heckington medical Centre was brilliant. Friendly and helpful and obviously very knowledgeable. I had a hearing test and was shown the results immediately. Talked through my issues and then was provided with hearing aids straight away. The difference to my hearing was immense. I'm so impressed by this service and the fact you can do a self referral. I was given a bag with supplies, information and a case for my new aids. Jessica provided an outstanding service.

It is so pleasing to find great value and exceptional service in one. I reached out to the hearing company after being given eye watering quotes, for the hearing aids I wanted. Within 2 days of contacting them, the audiology consultant Jijo Mathew visited me at home, and 2 hours later, I had new hearing aids.. The Phonak ones I chose were good but larger than I expected, which is only a problem because I wear glasses. That was no problem and Jijo visited me for a third time with replacements that have been a great improvement. His commitment and passion for what he does is incredible, and not only has he helped me greatly with my hearing loss, he's also assisted with managing my tinnitus. I could not have had better service anywhere, and this is for more than £1,000 less than the first quote I received.

I attended my appointment with Jessica Watson and found it totally different from a previous appointment with another company,. Jessica was very professional in the way she made me feel relaxed and the information provided was very informative. I felt the service provided was excellent and I would certainly recommend Jessica to any colleagues and friends who were unsure about making an appointment for a hearing test.

I have had 2 NHS appointments with Pranash James at Hastings Station Plaza. He is a lovely man, polite and patient and I had a very thorough hearing test and check-up followed by the fitting of Danalogic aids.
At my follow up appointment on 17 Aug, I explained that I was really struggling with these aids so Pranash fitted another type of Danalogic and when I still couldn't hear as well as with my old Phonak aids he did 2 more tests to enable him to fine tune the new aids to my hearing loss (80% in both ears).
Pranash's care was far beyond my expectations; going well over my appointment slot and not rushing at all.
The only downside is that The Hearing People are only able to issue NHS clients with Danalogic Aids which are quite bulky (especially if you wear specs) and do not have the clarity of Phonak.
However, Pranash did everything he possibly could to match Danalogic aids to my hearing requirements and I cannot thank him enough.

Following my hearing tests he explained in detail the extent of my lack of hearing before going on to suggest my best options for a pair of hearing aids. Very professional experience from start to finish. All steps explained and the hearing test done and results discussed and options explained. The fitting of hearing aids done all at the same time, including setting up the app on my I Phone. Left with an excellent booklet going over all of the facts. Can't thank Jessica enough!

From start to finish was excellent - my appointment was punctual and Harisanker made me feel at ease. The whole procedure time wise surprised me in how quick the process of assessing my hearing to being issued with a pair of hearing aids. All this was carried out in less than 40 minutes. So far so good the hearing aids have made so much difference to my quality of life.
