Excellent after service. Very knowledgeable, understanding, informative and nothing is too much trouble. Teaching how to use the app effectively, showing and demonstrating the app and maintenance of the hearing aids. Getting the client to then demonstrate what they’ve learnt so they can check you are confident in using and looking after your hearing Aids. Trisha has provided a first class experience. The receptionist are always personable and efficient. Thank you all. !!
