Regarding booking# D012348014 confirmation# AV78WY263RA
Our dilemma is that despite specifying a pick-up time for our rental of 2:30 PM , the summary page indicated 1:30 PM which would mean we were going to be late and potentially had our booking cancelled. We went through this exercise multiple times and each time the summary pick-up time was a random, inaccurate time. Each attempt required starting the ENTIRE PROCESS over. Imagine our frustration.
Our flight on January 3 2026, AS 421, arrives at 1:13 PM. Cabo San Lucas/Los Cabos, BCS. We selected a pick-up time of 2:30 PM--- anticipating we would be able to get through customs hopefully in an hour +/-. If you can help solidify/confirm this pick-up time, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Larry and Polly

Awful experience
The lady at the desk told me that the size of a car was not avail at the moment and I needed to wait or pay more for the bigger size. I am not sure if it is my problem that there were not available cars. I had booked an available car and have to spend time to wait or even more so pay more. Company is Thrifty

4-dr vs 2-dr
I didn’t hit the book now button and still got charged. The car picture showed a 4-dr Jetta and the description says 2-dr. I want to cancel because I don’t want a 2-dr.

I am the driver, Joan, not!!! my husband Alf. I hope the confirmation is changed soon. I do not want any hassle when getting my rental car. My husband is not going on this trip.
I don't know how you got my husband's name when I was the one who made the application & my email has my name.
Update, much diff. cancelling. Eventually I am supposed to get a refund in 21 days. Wish me luck.

Price is clear and upfront. No secret charges. It is the second time I book a car here. The first time everything went real smooth when I arrived the car counter at the airport.
