I went to the car rental (rent through booking) and they did not even let me try my Revolut saying “it’s a virtual card” even though it was physical. I contacted booking and they said they were not accepting “online banks” but did not write whatsoever in the contract. So basically I got scammed by booking. Use another provider as I did after getting scammed.

Very shady way of doing business.

Booked a car for our stay in Naxos, Greece. The instructions for the pick-up were very vague. When we arrived to pick up the car at the port, we couldn't find anyone. After searching online and making endless phone calls we finally found a contactperson who said it was a misunderstanding and he was waiting at the airport. He come to the port immediately to give us the car and the car was quite good, that's why we give 2 starts. But it felt as if we were being scammed and only because we were very persistent (and my girlfriend speaks Greek) that we could get the car in the end. Be very careful with this company.

Terrible service far away from the Milan (Malpensa) airport. Poor communication — we had to wait two hours for the driver at the airport. No one mentioned that a minibus would take us to and from the rental site. When renting, they required the car to be returned clean, washed, and vacuumed, otherwise they would deduct the cleaning fee from the deposit. Unprofessional attitude and careless, rude staff!

Could not connect by phone, internet, text or email!

La página es una copia de Booking, pensaba que estaba contratando con ellos enlugar de una pagina que se intenta parecer. Y no es lo malo eso sino que te esconden que estás contratando Km ilimitados, que el teléfono de atención al publico que publicitan, no lo coge nadie, sale una locución in inglés y se cuelga y cuando cancelas el alquiler, en lugar de cobrar sólo los 60 € de penalización que ellos mismos te mandan que tendrías, te lo cobran entero y no te lo devuelven.

We huurden een auto voor een week. Deze had een probleem aan de remmen waardoor we deze na 3 uur gebruik moesten laten takelen. Was verzekerd maar we hebben nog geen cent terug gekregen ! Dit zijn echt oplichters !

Ho noleggiato un auto da questo sito con Surprice Car da aeroporto di Bari, all'arrivo scopro che il noleggio è gestito da AutoOne che si trova a diversi km fuori dall'aeroporto, in mezzo al nulla. Dopo un ora di attesa della navetta stanchi di aspettare prendiamo un taxi. Arrivati al ritiro dell'auto nonostante io avessi prenotato on line con copertura assicurativa completa, ci dicono che non è sufficiente e che dobbiamo aggiungere ancora soldi. Dopo varie contestazioni paghiamo perché leggendo poi le recensioni scopriamo che è meglio scegliere copertura completa perché altri che non hanno integrato l'assicurazione, si sono trovati la sorpresa di addebiti sulla carta di credito fornita a cauzione, per danni inventati o preesistenti. Esperienza disastrosa. Tra l'altro l'assistenza clienti di booking car non assiste al telefono ma solo via mail e in lingua inglese. Mai più. Noleggero' solo con compagnia diretta.

It was easy to rent the car. I did not understand why, if I am of Colombian nationality, I had to pay a higher price.

Hopefully when we pick up the car on 19 September without any problems as a lots of bad reviews
