Bonjour,
Je me permets de vous envoyer ce mail car je n’ai pas pu louer mon véhicule chez ADD car comme prévu.
Nous avons eu une heure de retard environ sur le vol 51 77 . voir pièce jointe
Arrivée à l’aéroport,ADD car, N’était pas sur le site de l’aéroport comme indiqué sur votre page de réservation.
5 min après notre arrivée, nous avons réussi à joindre l’agent par téléphone via une croate de l agence thrifty qui a gentillement géré l appel.
Celui-ci a confirmé qu’il était rentré chez Lui , mais qu’il allait revenir avec la voiture pour faire les papiers .
Nous avons attendu plus de 45 min sans nouvelle …
J ai rappelé 3 fois sans réponse ……
Étant sans moyen de transport ( avec de enfants en bas Âge à 4 h du matin), nous avons loué un taxi pour rejoindre notre domicile voir pièce jointe. 95€ le 23/07/2024.
Le lendemain nous avons appelé ADDcar, l agent nous explique qu’il n’avait pas de véhicule à disposition.
Nous avons donc pris une voiture de location sur place chez un concurrent local à l aéroport . pour ne pas gâcher nos vacances.
Face à ce désagrément, merci de bien vouloir nous confirmer l’annulation de la réservation, et le remboursement des sommes en pièce jointe
Taxi et location de voiture.
Nous ne pouvons pas poursuivre nos vacances par manque de budget et souhaiterions votre réactivité.
Sachez que si je n’obtiens pas mon remboursement je parlerai de votre arnaque sur tous les réseaux sociaux dont vous faite parti. Ainsi Que les sociétés de consommation.
Je ne me laisserai pas faire,
l agent aurais dû nous appeler , ne nous voyant pas arriver …..
L agent se devait de vérifier le retard de l avion .
L agent ne devait pas quitter son poste.
L’agent a menti en disant qu’il allait revenir sur site
Le site de location de voiture ne correspond pas l adresse mise sur votre site . Il se trouve à 2 kilomètres de l aéroport non spécifié sur votre site .
En témoignage, j ai 11 personnes dont les agents de location de voiture concurrents qui nous ont aidés ainsi que la société de taxi

Misleading
Booked the car with super insurance which we paid 120 euros for but when we went to the desk for okmobility car hire they told us it was not full insurance and charged us another 400 for full insurance .

I filled in your form giving my age as 84. You then sent me a deal with SIXT which only after I had paid for it sent me a list of conditions which stated they did not permit drivers over age 75. When I called you to get my entire payment back including extra insurance and road help coverage you told me that my only course was to cancel and lose my deposit and my insurance nearly £100 in all. If you do not agree by return to refund me in full I will let my Twitter following see that you are swindlers and as I am a financial journalist I have many followers.

Hertz Said they do not have a car
Hertz Said they do not have a car I reserved a car and Hertz approved it but you charged me. Also it said I could pick up my car at 9:00 and that was approved with an email. I did not receive the car despite your confirmation. I want to cancel the reservation and I don’t want to be charged.
