A quick log on to book and then off to a well organised track day!

It was fantastic! there were enough people there to make it a good event but not so many that the track crowded. The entire team was welcoming and helped out if you had any queries. No stoppages and the weather was fine too.

Having been involved in running a Honda only Track Day organisation until very recently I'm often quite critical of the other TDOs. The Donington GP day on 15th July was quite possibly the best track day I have attended.
The attention to detail from the booking process, correspondence, planning on the day and then follow up "photos" email was brilliant.
The day ran very smoothly with great organisation and just the right level of safety briefing, perfect track etiquette and true to BaTs word, there were never any queues in the pitlane.

Great experience all round.

The day was good from our point of view and we managed to sort our noise issue easily. The only thing that rankled although it did not affect us directly but instead some friends arriving for the BARC race meeting the following day, was the friction between the office and a person who described himself as 'the bookatrack senior instructor' where the former on inquiry was entirely happy for people to park up responsibly but the latter was insistent that people could not park up behind otherwise empty garages on a sparsely attended event and that permission shouldn't have been given as the person in the office was 'just a photographer'. Of course, bookatrack has rented the venue ... but, on a day of sparse attendance the view might have been taken that no harm could arise and that bookatrack might even get (future) customers out of the cooperation, as opposed to the opposite ...

One of the best trackdays experiences i have ever had in the UK. Keep going with good work!

One of the best track days I have been on. Friendly staff and well organised. £40 for a garage is a rip off though.

An evening track session was run very smoothly, even down to the quick turnaround with the photos

3 of us just spent the day at an open pit lane session at the Donington Park national cuircuit and the event was organised to perfection. Everything that bookatrack.com asked of drivers with regards to safety was fair and reasonable.

Staff were more than helpful when we has an issue with our car.

I'm looking forward to returning in the future.

This is my third time with Book-a-Track doing a track day at Brands Hatch. Fantastic company to do this with, cars are well maintained. The tuition is great and all very well organised.

Track time is really maximised and very good. In terms of things to improve i would suggest;

1. The process for noise testing could work better. It was not that clear where to go or when it opened up.
2. I had an instructor but it was unclear whether he would come to me or i should head to him.

Only small niggles at what was otherwise a great event.

Great and quiet evening.

An excellent day, car was spot on, minimal delays due to minor incidents which is to be expected.
Loads of uninterrupted track time, an amazing experience and all staff were helpful at all times and ran the day very professionaly and efficiently!

I drive in several race series and found that the driving standard and coutesy shown by other drivers to each other was as good as I have ever seen.

Drove into Brands but didn't know where to go. Clearer instructions prior to arrival would have helped. Apart from that everything went well.
