great service! track day was run smoothly and great value

Really enjoyed my day at Donnington. Looking forward to doing it again soon ^_^

The people at BookaTrack were great but they need to work on the `newbie' experience. As a first timer on the track with one of their rental cars, I didn't know what to expect. There was a useful safety briefing but after that everyone dispersed to wait for track availability. When I finally made contact with a mechanic and a driving instructor they were both great and very helpful but they should have someone that meets new people explains the ropes to them and, if they are renting, helps them get settled in the car. That could have turned a good experience into a great one.

Excellent overall. Car ran perfectly, well looked after. Clear rules.

The only annoying thing is the constant checking of your wrist band every time you enter the pit lane ready for the off, do you really need to do this, its a bit over the top !

Some novices were not watching mirrors and marshals were not often enough and blue flagging - in fact a lot of posts were not manned.

From the booking process, to briefing, to maximum time on the track and quick to react marshalling, I'll definitely make sure my next track day is with Bookatrack!

I really can't think of anything they could have done better. The instructor they supplied for the day was excellent too.

Excellent day, well organised and a few nice touches like free drinks and biscuits. Instruction very good - not just "turn here, brake now" etc. Not too many cars on track although the number of Caterhams was disproportionate. Overall worth the money and would be happy to do more with this company.

We had the best behaved day. No red flags and loads of track time

A very enjoyable day at Donington thanks to Bookatrack.com. Slick and efficient on the admin side, from the pre-event communications, through to the on-the-day organisation and arrangements and post event follow ups and photo notifications. The trackday itself was incredibly well run, yet relaxed, with the low numbers and open pitlane offering much more tracktime than my brain could possibly cope with. Even the weather co-operated. Thoroughly enjoyable, will definitely be using Bookatrack.com again and would have no hesitation recommending them.

I've now done 2 track days with BookATrack, one at Silverstone and one at Donington. On both occasions I had the lovely Caterham R300. It's an absolute beast. So much grip.

The staff are friendly and know what they're doing, organisation is first-rate, driving standards are high due to them not tolerating dangerous driving and safety is further assured by a sensible number of cars on track.

I'll be back.

I had a lot of fun, and learned a lot. Only downside was that my instructor for the day was not arranged for my academy package. The other two instructors (both excellent) did their best to give me a bit of extra time, and in the end It was a nice balance of alone and instructor time. I will try to come back the next time i am in country.

Seul bemol, le briefing dans la langue de Shakespeare avec un accent incompréhensible pour ceux dont l'anglais n'est pas la langue maternelle...

Arrived at 8 20, was queue of 15 min for briefing as they placed only 1 person at reception (which was unable to find)..so registered at 8:35, according to harsh receptionist 5 min too late for 1st briefing so we had to wait for 1,5h..this after we left (Belgians) especially at 6h in the morning to be there on time...ridiculous :(
