The BaT Team are fabulous and go the extra mile to keep you on track. The only gripe is they're so successful that some Test days sell out and the 'waiting list' is a free for all. If it were done on a first come, first served then the whole business would be 11/10

The day started with a drivers briefing. Very detailed and reassuring for people who where complete novices and also made sure drivers with race licences understood track day rules different to test days.
All Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I have done a number track days with this company and standard of the day is always very high They will send drivers home for the day if they don't keep to the track day rules. Which makes the day safe for everyone and no incidents which end up costing money for repairs

Extremely happy with Book A Track, I took one of their Caterhams for a full day at Donington Park and they were very professional. The instructors are experienced and down to earth, the cars are very well set up and maintained. There are no hidden costs or surprises, I had a great day and will definitely be returning again.

We went on a track day organised by Bookatrack and hired one of their Caterhams. The day could not have been better. It was very well organised, all staff were professional and friendly and the car was fantastic. There was a minor issue with our car but it was swapped for an alternative immediately so we lost no track time at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bookatrack and if you only do a few events a year, hiring their cars is a very efficient way of doing them.

Fantastic day, well organised and run, really friendly and helpful staff who ran the event. Will come again.

Attended a Bookatrack trackdays at Donington. Very well organised with very good staff. I booked extra instruction for the day which for me was very worthwhile. David Bailey (the instructor) picked up several little things which put together made a big difference in term of speed and smoothness.

Highly recommended.

An excellent evening track event which was well organised. My only slight niggle is that we struggled to find our way out at the end of the evening and ended up driving over rough tracks! Look forward to coming again.

A fantastic day, hampered only by the weather and a couple of drivers with ego's much bigger than their ability to drive, but the Bookatrack staff dealt with this in a very professional manner. Overall the day was very well organized and in the main the Bookatrack staff were exceptionally friendly aside from one female chief instructor, who seemingly had a personality bypass. It costs a lot of money to come on a day like this, so perhaps she could be a bit more polite to the customers. Fortunately our instructor was exceptionally polite and patient and made the experience very enjoyable indeed. I would recommend this day to anyone who is a petrol head, the broad spectrum of cars, and driving ability make it a very interesting day and whatever your ability you won't be made to feel a complete numpty!

Very professional and managed to keep a good flow of cars on the circuit... As a customer this is very important. Will use BAT again

Enjoyed the day in spite of the rain, but overtaking on the left was made very difficult by instructors and other track dayer cars staying to the left of the track from McLeans to the chicane, such that there was no room to pass. I could see it was because this was the driest line and it was to demonstrate the racing line for the instructee but it created some long queues.

Under the circumstances It may have been better to run sessions for novice, intermediate, etc.

I've been on a few track days with different providers. It's usually well organised, sign posted and the staff are very friendly.

With book-a-track you don't get sign posted, you have to figure out where to go yourself. You get a safety briefing couple of wrist bands and that's it. Considering book a track is the most expensive of the track days I've been on, I expected more. The staff could try smiling and being a bit more friendly.

Teas & Coffee's and service with a smile isn't too much to ask!

Negatives? Just a bit pricey generally, that's all.

Well run by friendly staff. Safety is king (as much as enjoyment), and the choice of circuits is plenty. And in general, the clientele are of a certain high standard, mixing track day enthusiasts and racers alike.

I would not hesitate to recomend BaT to anyone looking for quality trackdays.
