Good delivery & packing but tree looked sad..,
The delivery was quick and the tree was very well packed. All items were there as ordered. However the tree looked a little bit sad, at least 4 of the leaves were bitten and full of holes, which doesn’t look great when you give it as a gift.

As living trees, the occasional imperfect or insect damaged leaf can occur, particularly on outdoor bonsai. However, we would have been more than happy to take a look and help if you had contacted us after receiving it. We never want anyone to be disappointed with a bonsai.

Delivery was on time, ordered tree was as shown and very nice (my favourite to date), downside the tree had aphids on it which I had to treat straight away this would not detract me from buying from Bonsai Direct again

The information given on the website was useful and allowed me to chose the correct item to suit a difficult setting for me.
The item is unique and appears well made.
The glazing is very bespoke but I get that this could be part of the process
The item was well packaged and a useful unexpected suprise to find there was gauze for blocking the large wrap holes, bonsai tying wire, repotting soil and a clear instruction on the process.
The item was also delivered when promised.
