Vasil provided outstanding service from beginning to end. We originally called him to repair our old Viessman combi boiler, but after a thorough assessment he recommended replacement as the more cost-effective solution.
He meticulously checked our gas supply, identified that our existing pipe wasn't 22mm, and advised us on the right boiler for our setup. Vasil explained we might need to replace the gas pipe if proper pressure could not be achieved during commissioning - transparent and honest advice throughout.
He suggested we remove our old gas cooker and switch to an electric induction hob, which cleverly avoided the cost of running a new gas pipe across the room. He capped off the gas supply free of charge and even installed a CO2 alarm without us requesting it - talk about going the extra mile!
What really impressed us was his commitment. He came back on a Sunday to complete the installation and worked straight through without breaks until everything was perfect.
Communication was effortless, he was genuinely friendly, and his technical knowledge is first rate.

We had a problem with our under floor heating and not only was Vasil able to come right away and diagnose the problem, but he also found a temporary solution for our heat while we waited for the new pump he ordered to arrive. He came back the next week and installed the new pump and now everything is working perfectly again. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! Such a trustworthy, reliable and lovely man. Vasil and Slav did an absolute amazing job on installing a new boiler in my home. He's quick in response, professional in communication, gives reasonable suggestion, and offered very efficient service (installed a new boiler in 2 days and finished the work quicker than expected). This was all super appreciated as my boiler broke down during the cold winter and I needed to install a new one really quickly.

During the installation, they went above and beyond by checking the problems with my radiators, always patient with my questions. Besides that, Vasil even helped recycled my tap waste without charing me more.
