Had Nino service my boiler recently and the whole experience was excellent. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional throughout, and did a thorough job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Nino fitted our boiler, transitioning from a conventional to combi system. He was incredibly proactive from the start, offering honest advice tailored to what our home and family actually needed rather than just pushing for a sale. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the project. Even when we hit a few snags during the installation, Nino stayed on top of it until everything was resolved perfectly. He maintained a professional workspace and left everything spotless. We’re already planning to bring him back for our kitchen and bathroom fit-outs. Highly recommend!

I called, told Nino my problem and was promptly quoted for a new boiler. The cost was agreed and my new boiler was installed within a couple of days. 1 heat covered my carpet and left everything tidy. They completed the job promptly.
