Ordered one design, but on looking at plans they sent over needed to change it. Was no issue. As we are local, Ordered , changed design and delivered within 48hrs.

Honestly the best service ever

We asked two companies for a quote the other company couldn’t give us the same height of the roof and took weeks to tell us this. My builder then asked tailor made to design our roof and the service was incredible. Came back so quick and achieving exactly what we needed

I only need a few posi-joist for a project, but the team made me feel like my order was just as important to them as a large order.
I was able to collect in person, and the shop-floor team were equally welcoming!

Researching roofing options for an outbuilding, I came across Tailor Made Designs via an online search. I was particularly impressed to receive a tailored quote and CAD within 24 hours of calling them - this shows a level of professionalism and commitment that is so often missing now. Revisions to the design to maximise usable area and storage facilities were no issue, and the products were delivered on time and per the agreed drawings. And the price is comparable or beats the labour of a cut roof. Would definitely use again.
