this was my second time ordering 40 custom decks of cards (front and back) for my daughter's school. Also a custom card box and a printed trifold manual. Their templates are very detailed and let me be very precise in laying out the materials even though I'm not an experienced designer of printed materials. It turned out that I was not precise enough, though ... I really appreciated how diligent and thorough they were during the pre-production phase, sending me a number of detailed emails pointing out the design errors I had made (stuff out of alignment, places where i needed to add more "bleed" etc). They obviously take care to insure that their customers are happy with the results. After the rigorous pre-production phase, production and delivery were a non-issue - they kept me abreast of the status of my project and after they shipped from China, I received updates as to where my package was until finally it arrived at my door today, four days before I expected it to arrive. Quality of the materials is excellent and I would happily work with them again. As far as I'm concerned, they are pros at what they do in terms of customer service, expectation management, and workmanship.

The quality of the box, the cards, the booklet and the score pad is excellent.
It's a bit expensive if you just want to order a single copy (especially if you include shipping costs to Europe), but it really worth it when you see the quality.
In addition, the parcel has been delivered one day before the earliest expected date.

My order was left endlessly "processing" in limbo. Even if it ever comes, it took months to receive. They also charge an absurdly
high shipping fee that you only find out after you have uploaded your files and are ready to make your purchase. All I bought was 100 dice and a custom board and it was 70 dollars.

The delivery and quality of the product was ok. I ended up paying high import taxes that I didn't expect at all. These costs weren't advertized upfront neither! so do not recommend anyone in Europe or outside Asia to order from them if you don't want to pay 25% extra taxes.

The site is a scam. It'll glitch out and charge you for several orders. When you complain they'll tell you the order has been cancelled and they will refund the value but they'll ignore this, send it anyway and charge you.

I custom ordered two sets of playing cards in different sizes.

They arrived in a cut OPEN LETTER with the cards sticking out.
They were obviously NOT shrink wrapped in plastic, as i ordered, and some cards were missing, due to the letter being open.
The cards were GREASY / dirty, and theres SCRATCHES on all the cards.

I wrote the support and send pictures days ago, yet they just ask for more pictures, over and over.

Excellent print job with full colour saturation on custom made card decks, (my art on both sides for instructional cards). They did the job promptly. Prices are good, better than most. Site was easy to use to set up the card decks. Promised delivery time was very good, and delivered earlier than expected. There was a situation with my order that was me, not them. Customer service stepped in promptly, politely and efficiently and went above and beyond for me.

Their website is very easy to use in terms of designing and file set up. Although delivery is long, the quality of their products are amazing. Would 100% order from them again.

I bought from this site some time ago, and my board game arrived two days ago! The quality of the cards is superb, nothing to say!
I had heard that there were a lot of delays with this site, personally, it arrived 2 weeks before the initial date. So this site is great, I happily recommend it!

The customer service was very helpful and nice

Everything was great. They sent us an email when something was wrong with the design (like my design was bigger then the template) instead of just making it with errors. The final product was much higher quality then I expected it to be.

The order arrived safe and fast,products were as requested!
