What a saga!. Arranged to meet a sales exec at BMW Motorrad but when I arrived he wasn't at the dealership.Made another appointment(£50 in train fares) and met the salesman who subsequently cut short my appointment to salivate over another customer who had just walked in off the street into the dealership and wasn't even discrete about it, getting up mid conversation and standing at the edge of the desk gesturing he needed to go and speak with another waiting cash cow. Against my better judgement I liked the bike so went ahead. Salesman repeatedly completed the finance and accompanying documentation incorrectly( signed 2 sets of everything) and very slow at sending invoice for deposits paid. I was always calling him and never the other way. Day of the bike delivery it arrived without panniers and then was told these are on back order.Checked with another dealer who stated 3 day delivery lead time so clearly hadn't been ordered when I purchased the bike. Panniers arrived 1 month after the bike as locks had to be ordered from Germany as they no longer had the master key to code the locks. Dealer offered £300 goodwill gesture recognising their poor service but I was not confident that this would be honoured on sending in a VAT receipt due to the incompetence so far so I sought a compromise of a 50/50 split on service plan (£750) but this was declined immediately. So for the sake of £75 BMW parklane have lost future servicing and new bike purchase in 2 years. I will now use another dealer and prepared to travel to be given better customer service what should come naturally from a premium brand. Also I completed an online survey at the request of BMW UK and I assume because I have not given 5 stars I won't be hearing from them either. In short, and in my experience I could have got the same level of customer satisfaction from a generic bike supermarket from a back street garage. I will never use BMW park lane again and will be sharing this with colleagues and friends alike. Typical response that when they had the chance to really step up, recognise they failed, and repair the client/customer relationship they didn't for the measly sum of £75 . In my opinion use someone else !!

Over the Easter period had BMW Parklane manager email who expressed disappointment I had written a negative review and offered a 50% reduction service at their service centre and a Gaucho voucher. Again skimping and scraping the barrel of goodwill which I rejected immediately. IMO seriously poor on their part with a ring the till, take the money until something goes wrong then dodge evade a solution.

Since writing this I have dealt with Sycamore Motorrad in Peterborough. Dan/Ryan polite, professional, attentive with nothing too much trouble. Purchased Nav VI , pannier bags, top box etc. All revenue (£1000+) that didn't go to Parklane due to their shoddy customer service. Believe me when I say this its better to travel to Peterborough than using Park Lane in my experience. Wherever you live in the country.

I had my bike serviced and the process was very straightforward. Friendly helpful team. My service was handled by Robbie who kept me well informed, and explained the costs clearly.

Would have been even better if they still provided a courtesy scooter, but the level of service was otherwise very good.

Linda Hegarty was an absolute super star accepting my car in for a warranty repair after an admin error by BMW recovery. Not her problem to solve, but she did and managed to get my car fixed and turned around to meet a deadline I had for a journey. Well done ParkLane BMW Battersea Centre, and especially Linda! 5 star service🙌

I recently booked my car in for a service and a warranty issue. My point of contact was Jordan Mullan. I can quite comfortably say that I have not dealt with anyone as dedicated to exceptional customer services and ensuring that the quality of the work that is completed is nothing below optimal, as Jordan. Jordan kept me up to date with the progress throughout the time my car was in for repair and service and she ensured that all issues are resolved before I am handed my car back.

Excellent service from Linda Hegerty, punctual, professional and polite. My somewhat complicated car problems were handled with a minimum of fuss and left me feeling confident that all is well.

Often main dealers can be nonchalant and you can often find yourself to be dealing with people who don’t know or care anything about cars and consequently you leave feeling a lot more discombobulated then when you arrived, mainly if you only went in for some advice but HELP is at hand and only so if you do you manage to talk to one Oskar Eiduks (although he does surround himself with very helpful people ) he’ll will make sure that confusion doesn’t happen at Bmw Park Lane. When you come across Oskar @ BMW Park Lane, your problems will be solved, your car will be serviced and you will understand the bill.

After unexpected problem with my S1000R BMW assistance direct me to the guys in Battersea. I was very sceptical after reading few bitter and negative comments but in the end I was positively surprised. In my bad luck everything happens through Christmas period but Robbie from service department who look after me when I arrive was very helpful and empathetic and after few more days ( Yeap Christmas again don’t help ) I was contacted by master technician Tony who was looking after my bike and quickly found main reason for all my problems ( Battery 🪫) and extremely quickly resolved everything under warranty. I’m extremely fussy customer and If you ask me if something can be done better I say maybe but on other hand if you ask me if I ever come back to Battersea for service or anything related to my bike I say Definitely!

Your staff made all the difference.
I ride an F900XR and used tour facilities twice. 1st for the yearly service, the 2nd time for a warranty recall. On both occasions, your staff was fantastic to work with.

I have just picked up my Pat Moss Special Edition Mini!!! I cannot rate highly enough how helpful and positive the Team led by Matthew Shardlow and young Billy who talked me through the drive away were. Thoroughly recommend.

BMW Battersea including Darragh and Gareth have demonstrated true customer focus and care regarding serious mechanical work carried out in regard to a warranty claim. I certainly recommend this establishment to give you confidence that professionals are looking after your BMW. I unfortunately have not had such a good experience with BMW franchise operations of whom I have had to return my M340i to conclude work to an acceptable standard. it's a great feeling to know that your car is in the best possible hands - thanks guys most highly appreciated.
