all staff are excellent, and lovely merchandise a pleasure to visit and spend quality time there with real people thank you

very rigid Menu - 4 friends decided to have a sunday lunch 0n 07/06/26 at the restaurant in Newent glos.
staff were friendly enough but not trained to deal with changes.
i could not have the scampi because chicken is also fried in the same fryer - so i opted for ploughman and asked to omit the ham and pork pie as i need kosher meals. this they said would do but the charge would be the same ??? surely this cannot be right ???
then asked for cheese salad which they refused as not on the menu !!! by this time i was getting really frustrated do just decided to order anything that looked vegetarian - which came in tiny bowls.... asked for this to be served with the bread they do for sandwiches once again refused and was given ordinary bought in sliced bread bought from supermarket with butter.
asked for coleslaw which did not arrive and on asking said it was not added so not paid for!!
one of my friends asked for chips with her sandwiches but was served crisps by mistake which was changed
one of the other friend ordered the kale and squash pie with mash potatoes - this came with roast potatoes again on questioning this taken away with a grump and brought back with all other vegetables taken off and a dollop of mash potatoes dumped next to the pie !!!
a very disappointing sunday lunch.
an e-mail came asking for feedback - so i did and the reply i had was it is what it is they do not change things on the menu i find this very hard to understand !!
hence this review on trustpilot - as more people need to look at the menu before they decide to eat here.

There is no mention of all the orders that were taken down incorrectly.
Unfortunately due to your rigidity will not be eating here again.

Went to one in wendover yesterday, It must have breached disabled rules by having the parking, but making you walk round a maze of hundreds of yards to exit. Glad we didnt purchase anything to carry.
WON'T BE VISITING AGAIN, WILL STICK WITH CHIPPERFIELD AS USUAL. 50% off large garden tubs at present.

I visited the Blue Diamond Garden centre in the Stour Valley retail park Chartham on 6th June. We had a wonderful shopping experience with lots of different sections to browse and buy. The clothing and home sections had a great selection of goods at very reasonable prices.
We finished off by having lunch in the cafe/restaurant. I was very impressed with the choice of food and beverages on offer and at reasonable prices. The food was delicious and presented nicely. . The staff in the cafe were all very helpful and friendly. The cafe is bright and airy.
We enjoyed the experience so much we returned 2 days later to try something else on the menu which was also excellent.
The cakes were amazing.

Staff are always helpful and friendly, also like the set up of the garden centre everything is easy to find. Restaurant is very good reasonably priced food usually very good

BARTON GRANGE (now blue diamond)

What a disappointment. Many of the plants obviously had lack of water as they were wilting and didn’t look healthy. The place was crammed with plants on trollies waiting to be either put on display or taken to the compost heap. Difficult to get around due to these trollies.

Will NOT be going back for another visit.

Fantastic garden centre the positioning of the building is excellent from the gardens , restaurant and garden facilities is a breath of fresh air. The staff are also very helpful with any questions you have . CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL👍👍

I’ve been to Blue Diamond garden centre in Cardiff a few times now and it’s so nice to visit. There’s always lots of choice, even ‘out of season’, it’s always busy and the staff are lovely.

As always the garden centre is well laid out with plenty of choice. Service is great and the staff are always very helpful

Having visited for so long we feel we know the staff. Always helpful and even refund guarantee on plant dealt with easily.
Restaurant is our “go to” for coffee etc even though we live 16 miles away.

Visited our local GC in Woburn Sands. Found staff to be very knowledgeable on plants and where they could be found in store. Checkout staff were very warm and very efficient and I was served promptly. I found everything I needed and more. Highly recommend a visit.

Hadn't been to Frost's in Woburn Sands for some years, but what a surprise when I did. Everything was just outstanding 5*. I took my mum who is in a wheelchair, lot's of blue badge bays near to both entrances. Was very easy to navigate the main shop and restaurant with her chair, mind you my driving of the chair could have been better! We are local to the area and said we definitely have to go back in next couple of weeks just to see the rest of the shops. They also have a car valeting area so you can get your car detailed whilst you shop! The clothing department was stunning, quality and layout and products that were being sold - outstanding! even the sale items were great value and I did buy a couple of items. Staff were so helpful and polite and even when i had to go back a few days later to exchange my purchases for smaller sizes Clara on the till was an absolute dream! I wasn't a Blue Diamond member, but she explained the pro's of being one and signed me up - which is free! We did have breakfast in the restaurant - OMG!!! I had the Cypriot breakfast and it was out of this world and portion size was great. My mum had the light full english, bless her she said she should have had something off the child's menu, it was a lot for her. The caramel iced lattes were absolutely delicious, pricing was a little expensive but when you look at the surroundings, quality, quantity and service it was well worth it.Also found out they do Sunday lunches so will be back for one of them soon.
I did venture into the garden centre area when I returned for my exchanges, big mistake! I did go to the TLC area and bought £85 worth of plant's for just £25! could have spent all day in there! quality of all their plants are well worth the money. Cannot give Frost's a high enough rating, can't wait to return :-)

I went to the derby garden centre today with my parents at the till the lady was not interested in any customer service at all she didn’t speak or smile or even give any eye contact my dad is disabled and was given no help with his plants and was rushed to put them in the trolley as she had started serving the customer behind him he also asked for some compost and no one helped him put it in the car luckily I was able to do this for him if the lady didn’t want to work their she should look for another job and give it to someone who knows how to be with customers

I have usually had good customer service at my local Blue Diamond garden centre (Wilton). Staff are helpful and friendly. However, I have recently been trying to buy a garden parasol (and base) from them. I visited the centre to decide what I wanted. When I eventually found someone to help, he was in too much of a rush to answer all my questions. However, I got the answers I needed by sending a message through the online contact form. When I visited the Centre I gave my postcode and was assured I could have the item delivered (it is too big to fit in my car). I have now tried to order the item online, but the website is telling me that delivery is unavailable and I have to collect the order. This is ridiculous. It means I cannot buy from Blue Diamond. I have tried many times to use Blue Diamond's online chat service to try to get to the bottom of this, but it seems permanently unavailable - so I have to assume the icon on the website is just there for show and is never actually operational. Very disappointing. Won't try to buy from Blue Diamond again, and would not recommend to anyone else.

My husband and I visited the wrongly titled
‘ Garden Centre’ near Huntingdon to purchase shrubs & perennials on a Sunday early after noon at the end of May 2026.
We were hit by the stifling aromas of the interior candles as we tried to access the plants, finding ourselves trapped within the only obvious route around this array of high street style goods. No sign of garden plants anywhere. We asked 2 assistants how to get out of the claustrophobic building and were told both times that we had to follow the signage.
I became very panicky, feeling trapped by this, to us, unsafe corridor system yet the third assistant was quite abrupt in directing us to the next indoor section rather than helping us get out to fresh air.
When we reached the sign for the exit we then had to push and squeeze through customers queueing with their bulky goods in order to get out.
It was not only a horrendously hot, claustrophobic environment within the glaringly bright warehouse, but felt unsafe, as we just couldn’t get out, even having asked 3 assistants.
We have since wondered about safety if an emergency occurred. We will not be returning.

The Canterbury garden centre always looks clean and tidy, good range of plants and pots. Good size clothing department, have bought some nice footwear from there at reasonable prices. Same goes for the homeware department, good selection for either yourself or if looking for a gift. All staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Fast friendly service, helpful staff and plenty of offers available throughout. Easy access to all areas of the shop & outside plant area
