Book at your own risk
I booked a week in advance for hair up for an event. The problem with the premise is while they confirm you are booked within 24 hours - this means nothing- as they only can provide you with the name of your artist 24 hours before the appointment time. This means they are desperately hunting for someone local to you until 24 hours before you need it. Should they not meet this there is a cancellation email sent 24 hours prior to the time you booked leaving you completely in the lurch.
It makes sense that had you been hunting locally for someone instead of letting someone else do it at least you would 💯 know if you had someone or not.
Offering 30% off for “next Time” as an apology is also pointless.
Who would book again with a company who over promises and under delivers ? Especially in this kind of arena setting?
Had it been a manicure / spa treatment I wouldn’t have cared. But to let a client down for an event ? That’s just failure.

OPI Gel Manicure
I had an OPI Gel Manicure with the lovely Somaya. She was on time and well prepared using all the equipment required with lots of colour options. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, great at giving advice and genuinely very nice. this was my first time using Blow Ltd. I would definitely recommend Somaya as a pro.

This is a great service if your short of time as they come to your house. I also thought the blow dry I received was very good and lasted all day at a wedding I attended but I’ve used them several times since.

Excellent friendly service
Two lovely friendly ladies came and did an updo for me and my daughter. We were delighted with our hairstyles which they were able to create from a photo. We received lots of compliments. Our hairstyles looked as good at the end of the evening as at the beginning of the day. Thank you for such a great service.
