I have had better quality from Amazon, certainly does not behave like Remy hair as the frizz was so bad- esp in the middle of the pony it was clear the cuticle was in all directions, with Remy hair the cuticle is just in one direction, so either their supplier is providing sub quality hair or I had a bad batch I'm.going to request a refund

Doesn't state preorder anywhere, yet was told after order was placed it was a preorder, and could take up to 6 weeks. 7 weeks later I began chasing - no answers from customer services. Ended up having to get this disputed to get a refund as after almost 2 months and a wedding around the corner, the service has been unacceptable.
In response to the reply - is sent several emails, over several days. I have checked spam boxes for replies - however this was a chain that I kept in continuation to your own email sent about the delay in dispatch. Just poor customer service.

I’m so far pretty disappointed I’ve ordered a pre order set of extensions. The website says 2-6 weeks. Currently on week 4, I think it’s a shame that you have to chase in order to be updated. I’ve already chased once and was told 3-6 weeks, they’ve chased themselves and can give me a date when they know. Haven’t heard anything more. But have chased again, awaiting a reply. I feel they should update when you’ve spent ALOT of money on items that haven’t yet been received. Hopefully doesn’t go over the 6 week mark, as others have reviewed this to be the case. I will continue to chase and hope that the quality was worth the wait. Although in future I feel I’ll go with another brand so I don’t have this anxiety. I rather pay a higher price with the product ready available. Live and learn

Nothing was resolved. My extensions were never received(claiming it says delivered) i paid 400$* And now I’m being told I have to wait up to 90 days for a formal “ investigation “before they send me my extensions or refund?!!! If i dont get resolution soon. I’m going to file a fraud claim with my bank because that’s just ridiculous.

Visited the Foxy Locks HQ today to see for myself and try the product as I'm new to extensions.
The service couldn't have been more helpful, patient and informative. We trialled several pieces, selected a chosen colour and length and I shall be ordering shortly. There is a lovely hair lounge area too.
Am v excited to place my order having seen the quality of the product, the invisible seam in particular, and the care that every person in the HQ puts into the product and customer service. (The marketing is definitely brilliant as I saw the posts on instagram). Thanks!

I’ve been using Foxy Locks hair products for a while now, and I’m genuinely really happy with them. This isn’t my first purchase — I’ve bought their shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, and the violet shampoo and conditioner multiple times. The quality is consistently great, and my hair always feels softer, healthier, and well looked after after using them. I love the violet range in particular for keeping my colour fresh.
I’ve even purchased these products as gifts for family and friends, which says a lot about how much I trust and like them. I also bought one of their hairbrushes for my daughter, who has very, very long hair, and it’s absolutely fantastic — it works through her hair so easily without pulling. Definitely a brand I’ll keep coming back to!

Paying a lower price of £12 plus p&p made the shampoo more affordable which was a huge bonus to me as stopped buying when price went up. Wonderful fragrance and leaves hair feeling lovely and soft

UPDATE 24th Feb 26 : The owner of the company Imogen personally emailed me to apologise and to sort out my refund for me which has been actioned within 24 hours. She gave me a chance to explain my feelings and I felt heard and understood.
I really appreciated this care and the extra effort she went through to sort the situation out and make it right.
Thankyou Imogen. I have changed my rating to reflect this level of customer care by the CEO.
Original Problem 10th Jan - 23rd Feb 2026 :
Really sad to be writing this actually. Ive been buying Foxylocks since the very beginning when the owner Imogen started her YouTube chanel. The quality has always been outstanding and I recommend them to everyone. I decided to buy myself some new hair extensions beginning of January after some very painful surgery and being poorly over Christmas as a treat. The items I bought were on pre order which is not usually an issue I dont mind waiting a reasonable couple of weeks. However it is now 23rd February and I still dont have my order. I have missed the two special occasions I actually wanted to wear them for too!
I have also repeatedly had to email the customer service team for updates and cant get any other information from them other then, that there are delays and thanks for your patience. £240 is alot of spare money for regular people these days and Im very uncomfortable paying for goods that have absolutely no guarantee of when they will arrive. I also dont think its unreasonable to expect not to have to chase the company for updates, really you should be keeping your pre order customers updated during an unexpected long wait without them having to chase you. I have contacted them today asking for a full refund immediately please.
I received a really nice email from someone called Josie apologising, sounded very genuine and included this :
"We would love to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. Could you please confirm your order number so we can locate your order straight away and action the cancellation and full refund for you? As soon as we have that, we’ll prioritise this and make sure it’s handled promptly."
I replied and said thankyou and then got a reply from someone called Tegan saying I now have to wait a further 7 - 14 days for my refund ( saying this is a standard processing time ) it isnt, I have worked in high end retail my whole life for brands such as Dior and Tom Ford.
It is absolutely not acceptable to make someone wait a further 2 weeks for a refund when they have already waited 6 weeks for a product that has not arrived!
You need to sort this out and I want my refund back within a reasonable time frame which for online retail should be ( 5 business days at the most ).
Josies customer service was very nice and made me belive they were going to get this sorted however Tegans tone is short and certainly not as nice to deal with as her colleague.
Customers have every right to be frustrated and annoyed with this kind of experience and you should allow them to reasonably express that without getting curt in response.
I tried to reason with them that waiting a further two weeks for my refund to even be actioned is not ok but they said there is nothing they can do about it and refuse to budge. They also stated they have done everything they can to help me which is crazy considering they have done absolutely nothing except answer a few emails. I am really unhappy and I dont think I'm being unreasonable at all. I also do not like being told " I misinterpreted her colleagues email " in regards to getting the refund sorted quickly.
I have just had a second surgery and shouldn't need to be arguing with online retailers to receive a simple refund back without having to wait up to 14 days for a product I have never received.
If your payment provider will not secure your customers refunds faster then that I advise you find a different payment provider. I also paid through Klarna so I'm not even sure your excuse is relevant here.

Ordered a pre-order item with an advertised wait time of 2–6 weeks. It’s now been over 8 weeks and I’m still waiting, with no clear shipping date.
If the timeline isn’t realistic, it shouldn’t be promoted on the website. Customers rely on those estimates when deciding to buy.
The delay is frustrating, but the lack of accurate updates makes it worse. For a premium-priced brand, this level of service is really disappointing.
I will never order from Foxy Locks again.

Really gutted paid £260 for hair 1st time order. I paid for special delivery so should have had a signature off the resident or back to depot for me to collect. The parcel didn’t arrive at my home. But there was a forged signature. Parcel was not delivered to my home. All I’m told by foxy locks is driver states delivered and I feel nobody there gives a damn. Just brushed off and told there’s nothing they can do. £260 is a lot of money for me. I paid extra for a special signed delivery. I’ve paid for nothing got nothing to show for it.. please be careful before you buy anything from here there’s no help off the staff either. I could have bought my children a few weeks worth of food for that rather then on your bank with nothing to show for it for me who has 4 children to support. it’s a joke

I’ve ordered two boxes of foxy locks throughout the years. This is my third box I’m actually very disappointed this time in my order the quality of the hair. I’ve washed it one time and it feels like horse hair. I had my other extensions for almost 2 years and they were smooth and soft even after washing multiple times and I’ve even them babied them .. they were still amazing quality . I don’t know what happened, to their quality ,but I definitely am not happy with these ones. Let’s not forget if u order granted it says on their site that if out of stock order again u can.However you will have to wait 2to 6weeks to receive your order. So I did paid for the platinum blonde 64 inch hair $600 ish Dollars. I had to reach out to them after finally not receiving my package after the listed amount time. I kept messaging them via there online chat and all they gave me is basically I don’t know where your parcel is and when it will be shipped? We have no control over that? Huh? Isn’t this your mass hair packing warehouse house and you have no idea? I was patient 3 times asking where it was? Finally I started to get updates in email ,way passed the time they previously stated on their site ,it was shipped and sorry for the inconvenience. I feel I would have never known if I never reached out to them first. So if you order be aware not only do u pay for your package of hair which mind you is not cheap . Make sure u read the fine print about terrifs . So once my package finally arrived I wasent able to have my parcel delivered unless I payed $260.00 just to have my package released from customes and delivered . To only then open my package feel the hair at first touch soft siiky beautiful . But once you wash it . One time And I use salon grade shampoo mind you. Once you wash it it feels just like horse hair and it tangles. I’m pretty bummed ☹️ to say the least. Never again .
