I have just dealt with Clare in your customer service helpline who was absolutely fantastic. I received an order of a table & chairs set which was missing a base on one of the chairs. Clare empathetically shared the news that there would be a 7 week lead time for the next shipment (of which I had already waited 8 weeks for the delivery). Clare went the extra mile and sourced a separate chair set and ensured they would be with me ASAP. She had a personable yet professional approach and her great customer service has probably ensured I would return to BCMW for future business.

Fantastic unique handmade gifts from Ben Knowles, I bought handmade metal DJ. Love it, bought as a present for my dj son in law, he's delighted with it. Ben's metal work range is amazing there is so much to choose from. Highly recommend will definitely purchase again, speedy delivery thanks. Also would like to mention Rhiannon at customer service.

Such a beautifully crafted little bird - we couldn't be more happy with it and so glad we saw it on Etsy. It's really lovely, and with being made from recycled spoons it's a talking point too as it's been done so well. It arrived really well packaged and very quickly - big thank you to Rhiannon the Customer Service manager for bring so efficient!. It would be a great gift as it's such a good price...but nobody is having ours!

Chrysolina table and chairs: solid, beautiful & excellent quality. Easy to put the table together. All well packaged in 2 cartons on a sturdy right angled pallet to keep the set pristine.

I had given this 1 star previously on account of delayed delivery - Black Country had been let down by their supplier. But it has been well worth the wait and great value

Recently purchased a very smart looking new postbox for my house from here. It was very reasonably priced and looks fab next to my front door. It was delivered incredibly quickly and well wrapped and came with two keys. I ordered via Etsy and experienced speedy and good customer service from Rhiannon and Ben. Would not hesitate to make another purchase from this company.
