Steve the owner does not listen to his customer. He was discussing private information over the phone about his shop being robbed stating names who he thought it was & tire shops, instead of taking care of customers...... take in your office where customers can not hear!

Price match from American Tire Depot centric brakes and rotor. The rear brakes American Tire Depot installed, Steve said they were not Centric.....That was a lie. I told him I wanted centric.

1. When I asked him if he ordered in Centric, he told me not worry about it.
2. He installed Napa without asking me.
3. He said Napa was better, not true when confronted!
4. Called to tell him I was not satisfied, I provided the Centric part number 120.67068 to order in to provide what was promised.
5. Had an appointment 0800 next day to install, told me it would be 2.5 hours.....insult upon injury.....rescheduled next day for 0730 install....took 35 minutes.
5. Getting home he ordered cheaper quality centric brakes 121.67068 when looking at the invoice. Didn't think I would have to validate on the box....I was wrong!
6. Called him and he said those are the same brakes he put on my wife's car..... what does that have to do with down grading my brake at his decision? Not the part number I gave him!

Did not offer to correct just said I'm sorry you feel that way. Total ARROGANCE! TERRIBLE BUSINESS MAN!

I walked in 45 mins before closing wanting to replace all 4 tires. The guy said he has only one worker on and three other people in front of me, so they couldnt today. He also said he sent his other workers home early??? I simply said ok I'll go down the street to Eagle Tire and they jumped right on it and stayed until 5:10pm putting them on. And now BigO sends all me coupons for free stuff I guess they need customers.

Bountiful has real issues! Ordered $3400 in tires and wheels. Verified that they were in after a few days and dropped my truck off. In an hour I got a call that there was a problem. I went back and was told they didn’t order the new tires in the right size.... So they put my old tires and wheels back on. Then they HANDED me all my tire sensors and said I can go. Where is the customer service? Where is the time line to get the new tires and wheels installed? Where is the apology? The guy who helped me should NOT be helping customers. I asked for the manager and was told he was on a call. I asked for a call from (manager) TYLER. No call or msg all day. I have an invoice, and all my tire sensors, lost day of work, and no apology or time line for completion of what I ordered, no call from Tyler. I understand mistakes but I DONT understand parts removed from my truck and placed in my hand and “Here’s your keys so you can go”. I left without any idea of a time line for the install. So basically I took off work so they could remove all my tire sensors. They are confused that I am paying them for service. I am the customer. So disappointed.

Service was fine . I give them a 2 star because we are in a pandemic and none of their front desk employees that deals with customers were wearing a mask.

I took my car into the Big O in Blaine MInnesota in May of this year. They had sent an email stating if I had any lights or noises they would look at if for free. I thought my muffler was bad and I asked them to check it. They said they couldn't see anything wrong. So I went ahead with an oil change.
I had to take my car to my regular mechanic for the muffler problem, witch turned out to be only a clamp. IN the mean time they had a laundry list of things that my car needed. I went to my regular mechanic and he checked everything over and replaced a clamp on the muffler pipe.
I just returned from some work on my car today with my regular mechanic, he told me that my car was a quart and a half low on oil. I have not driven my car much in two months and thought that that much oil was extreme. My guy said that the oil and the filter looked dirty, so I'm thinking that they probably didn't even do an oil change. I called them up and told them how disappointed I was in their service and all I got was silence. Then she said that my phone was cutting out and she couldn't hear me, so I repeated why I had said, another long silence. I told her I was going to leave a rating here and that I was not going to be kind. She said well o.k. as if she didn't give a darn. I guess she didn't from reading all the reviews here, Big O doesn't give a crap about their customers. I'll never go back. I hope anyone who is considering Big O will see all the bad reviews and stay away.

They charged me 12 dollars to lube the oil filter. Lubing the oil filter is as simple as dipping your finger in oil and rubbing it around the rim of the oil filter. It’s a total scam.

Cody of painfield, Indiana big o tires took car of a blown out tire. even came to the assisted living facility. Was in a quarantine situation due to co-19. Had ventured out to an Ortho Dr appointment follow up due to a broken femur and a complete knee shattered. Appointment was crucial due to following up with extensive Physical therapy scheduled for 5 days a week.

Hi I visited the Selma store and what happened was that my spare tire sistem was damage during the process of trying to operate that sistem (you can't use impact wrench wen operating that sistem and for some reason that was happened ) how I know it , I was out site observing The technician trying to operate the sistem using (impact) when the spec explain don't use it I say that on counter and they say me hey we fixed it I knew it The didn't but I don't like problem

I called Big O Tires in response to ad ad to purchase 4 tires for the price of two. The two tires were $181.99 each, or $361.98. The brand was "Middle."

Final cost was $1,011. In other words, false advertising to my way of thinking.

Plus, Big O said that my brakes needed to be replaced. The dealer later checked and told me that my brakes were perfectly fine.

Use Big O at your own risk. You are certain to pay more for less.

Had appointment for oil change and tire rotation with free alignment check. Two hours after waiting asked for update, they forgot my vehicle. Once it was completed, three hours total wait time, they forgot to
Check alignment & was closing. Dude said “not my fault this is the first time I’ve been left alone at the counter & don’t know the job”. I left and never went back.

WE were on a weekend trip to see grand kids in sporting events--2 events in 2 different towns 50 miles apart. . car was showing the check tire alert. one tire was low. we found that the tire had a screw in it. as we were trying to see athletic events is several towns, time was of concern. the staff got us in and had the tire fixed and had us on the way in an hour. the assistant manager was at the service desk and after i explained our situation he said that they could get us out within an hour. invited us in to have a cup of coffee while they got us taken care of. we were non-customers, tourists on the road, trying to hit sporting events in multiple cities. were were treated with great respect and with amazing customer service. what could have been a very bad day turned our to be just a little slow down. outstanding customer service has to the way they operate daily. the store was busy and just watching and obsevring, they treated every customer the same way. we only missed part of the basketball game and made it to the inside track championships on time. the BigO crew was absolutely awesome. The assistant manger was at the service desk and treated us like we were family. if we lived in Canon City, CO., they would be my place to get service. THANK YOU for letting us have a very good day, with not much more than a short break .

They totaled my vehicle and are not paying for damages.
On January 24th I brought my 2015 BMW 328d in for an oil change and tire rotation at one of their Reno, NV locations. Later that day I got a flat tire. On January 26th the oil light on my vehicle came on and I pulled over, the car shut off and would not stop. I had my vehicle towed to the nearest dealership, the technician there said the drain plug was not put back properly and all the oil spilt out and the engine seized, totaling my vehicle. I called Big O and was referred to their insurance, Acuity Insurance, an insurance company which has a poor reputation among insurance professionals. It took the claims adjuster nearly three weeks to look my vehicle, and after four weeks made me an offer of approximately $800, which is obviously unacceptable. Litigation in small claims court is currently pending against this Big O Tires location in regards to this issue.

went into Big o Tires with a flat. I have an Infinity qx60 that had 28,500 miles. Understanding that the tires from factory are only expected to last 30,000, I knew that I probably needed new tires.
I was also told that the fluid levels in car were down but found this hard to believe since Infinity had serviced the car every 5,000 miles.
Was also told that the back brakes were gone and would need to be replaced with new rotors. When I questioned the brakes and rotor issue, the service manager said "well maybe we could turn the rotors".
Took the car to another auto service company to have oil changed and checked out and was told everything was perfect, did not need brakes and car was in like new condition. Big O Tires was just trying to sell me service not needed. Would not trust them after this experience1

Big O Tires is discriminate against women they sold my wife a tire that she did not need saying she had three nails and it when there is not one nail in it sold another tire that wasn't covered under the warranty for road hazard so they charged her full price

I went to the Big O Tire store for an extimate on the new tires, the nice guy in the store had a grand offer for me 100 days no interest. WOW how cool is that?? I asked what is the interest rate after the 100 days? The young man at the store told me he wasn't sure it wouldn't be much. I thought well couldn't be any higher than 39% I believe is the max interest rate chargable... WRONG!! After the work was complete I received a contract, it's not spelled out and I had to do some caluclating the interest rate come to 175% I was floored of course the work was already done. According to the store they couldn't "undo" an alignment and the old tires we all ready thrown in disposal with a bunch of others they couldn't put them back on. The finance company (SNAP Finance) has 263 complaints with the BBB. They rarely miss an appearance on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's monthly list of lenders to "Beware" of. Unfortunately my research was done after the fact and too late for me. I hold the store partially responsible, I'm sure they get a fat commission on selling the loan with an interest rate that high I would sure hope so. But they should be honest with their customers and tell them exactly what the interest rate is up front. I'm sure they won't sell as many loans, but I would return to a company that is honest I won't return to a company that basically intentionally covered up a big fact until it was too late. My plan of attack was to get this paid off within the 100 days but as luck would have it, I was laid off from my job I had to use the cash from the sale of that old truck to pay my son's college tuition. I hope to find a other ways to recoup a good chunk of that $1,700 in interest to the point it's more fair.

After a huge snow storm, I decided to get better tires. This was in Cheyenne on Yellowstone. They had to order them from Denver and they were here the next day. They drive me to work, then took my Explorer back to the shop and then delivered it to me by the time I got off work. I noticed that one of the tires didn't have enough air pressure. I called them the next morning. They came and got my car, fixed the problem and had my car back before I got off work. This was amazing customer service! Thanks, guys...especially Cory. You rock!

Made an appointment for 10am. Had a Big O coupon for a $19.95 oil change.

Informed them upon entry of the coupon.

After the job is done, they charge me $59.96
They then claim they don't accept the $19.95 coupon.

Absolutely unacceptable, and a total bait and switch. The coupon was for 5 quarts. I had them put in 6 quarts, and I pre verified that each additional quart was $3.99

they said they aligned my truck. upon drivin' it it still pulled and my tires still wore. took my truck to a different alignment place. They worked on it for 2 hours and then came to me to say it could not be aligned properly. My truck dog tracks ( back end not lined up with the front end properly) more than most. I have to fix this issue b4 it can b aligned. The second shop charged me NOT ONE CENT due to this. Therefore Big O lied and charged me for nothin'. took ADVANTAGE of a long time customer, so I can only imagine what they do to others. doesn't do any good to confront them as they just stick to there side and the customer don't matter. Even called BBB and they just talked in circles and made excuses to the point I gave up,
