Biganydeals is one of my FAVORITE companies to purchase diamond dot paintings! Their kits are AWESOME....very AFFORDABLE, large VARIETY, and NO trash in the drills. So far, I have not found any problems with orders I have received. I HIGHLY recommend Biganydeals!

I ordered 40 diamond painting kits, and only received 20. I contacted them to see what had happened to the other 20, and was basically advised that all but 6 were in the box. I have disputed and I have not received the additional 20. I will never do business with this company again, and I highly recommend anyone considering doing business with them to reconsider. They do not keep their commitments.

I ordered the automatic bead machine and it doesn’t work. I spent $17.00 on 3 of them in purple. I’m so upset there not what u said they were.

Lite besviken att man inte får någon uppdatering av vart/när varorna kommer.

Got my stuff. Took 11 days and I’m very happy with what I got. Had to trade one out and it was easy and painless to do that. Thank you very much!!

i have ordered from this company before no problems. i ordered some things last month and havent gotten it yet. ive tried to get a hold of the company and cant get anywhere.

Great service. I didn't receive the order the first time. Error in the mail. They then sent it again free of charge. Can only recommend this shop.

Jw how the pens that hold lots of beads flip them over so u can put them in the picture properly or do they come out upside down?

Received 3 diamond arts and 2 of 3 pics had duplicate colors for different numbers. Company reply was do it anyway. Had me jumping through hoops sending photos only to do nothing. Dont buy from this company.

Ordered a custom picture February 2 and still don't have it.Its a picture of of a couple that are getting married April 1st need it cause it's a gift for wedding dont know why it's taking so long.😠Don't know who to call or write to see where it is

I have ordered many times from Biganydeals and I am satisfied with the results. My last order had problems with timing with Covid and the Chinese holiday plus an item being discontinued. I contacted customer service and have received numerous responses helping me deal with the situations. It always takes time to receive my order which I am accustomed to. My order arrived and the company has offered me a complimentary product and coupon as a thank you for my patience. Good customer service for me! I plan to continue my purchases with this company. This is such a scam so i did a review that i didn't not get packages or email of delivery 10min later email from them said they was so sorry and give me invoice so i send nomore response and now i cant log in to my account says my email dnt excest and blocked me from emails lol
