Tile order & collection
Placing an order is great, staff respond quickly and answer questions promptly.
Waiting potentially 2 weeks for a delivery may have held up our timeline, however after an email exchange regarding this, our order has been speedily rescheduled to get to us on time - thank you.
Lots of reminders are sent if Bert & May are waiting on something which is helpful as I use them in a professional capacity.

The experience is always absolutely great! I just love to pop into the Chelsea showroom to get inspired for the new collections they have. Becky and Viki are always amazing, helping me before, during and after with everything I need for my interior projects. I recommend 100% Bert & May and the Chelsea showroom!

The entire team at Bert & May are Amazing!
The entire team at Bert & May are amazing - i tiled two bathrooms with them just over a year ago and am now moving forward with another project with 3 bathrooms. They have been fantastic with ideas, the quality and design of the tiles is unique samples arrive quickly and 3D visuals are so helpful in planning the final designs. I cannot rate them more highly both online, in store and follow ups from both the founder and senior designer - thank you all

Gorgeous samples for gorgeous products. The samples are very useful in determining which tiles to go on and purchase but the samples are beautiful in their own right: Great follow-up too.
