A great product with a great ethos. Arrives in good time, well packaged and has the quality (3 ply) and softness to do the job. The price is comparable to supermarket versions but without the benefit of the use of materials that would otherwise go to waste!

OThe delivery was fine and the tissues are great, as are the kitchen towels. However I was disappointed that the tissues have a piece of plastic where you pull them out. I generslly shop for tissues without this plastic, I have removed it and they come out of the box well. Tiboo please take note.

No more one use plastic soap dispensers for us. Since switching to Tiboo’s refillable bottles we haven’t looked back. Fresh and warming scents available, smell amazing too.

Love the bamboo cloths but not a fan of the toilet rolls. They're a bit rough, it seems a waste of paper for them to be individually wrapped (and not very eco friendly) and they're smaller than the usual double rolls we buy so actually not better value for money. Worth a try but won't be buying again.

Finally found products that are eco friendly, high quality and far more cost effective!
Great service from Tiboo, I've tried a few other similar brands but their products were definitely the highest quality so far.

The loo rolls arrived very speedily, we ordered the big roll sugar cane ones. The wrappers look fab and the loo roll itself is very soft and substantial. Hubby hadnt liked previous companies I had tried so I am really pleased that these were a hit.

Easy to use site and very good delivery time. Having tried many recycled toilet paper, this is the best for softness and great for our septic tank. When we tried bamboo paper, it resulted in blocked pipes and an emergency visit from our plumber!

Again, my 8th Order from Tiboo, this time ordered the Bamboo toilet roll and Kitchen roll combo.
The toilet rolls last so long as they are double rolls and the Kitchen rolls seem to go on forever. People might think these are expensive but when you take into account double rolls the price is comparable, and you are helping the planet, what's not to like.

Tiboo is a great company that delivers on time and keeps you informed of when your subscription will be processed. I have bought the toilet rolls from here for about 2 yrs now and I love the. I have found that the unbleached rolls are just a little softer than the bleached ones and I'm not put off by the soft, brown colour. cheaper than those you buy in the supermarket, theyre delivered to your door so no carrying or transporting home.

Purchased 24 boxes of un-whitened bamboo tissues, Reasonable value for money, square boxes are convenient size to spread around the house. Actual tissues are smaller than advertised, website states tissue size is 20 x 19 cm, measured size is 18.5 x 18 cm. Tissues feel a bit thin but are fairly strong and absorbent.

The order always arrives when they say so, and I really love the quality of the toilet paper. The kitchen paper is very strong and good for the job.

The toilet rolls are fine. However your continued use of DPD means that in my area the parcel is not delivered when due. In fact, the parcel turned up 3 days late with me being told that I had been ‘missed’. This is not true but is always the excuse. I have already had to cancel Naked Paper, Hello Fresh and Gousto due to their use of DPD and was on the point of cancelling yourselves when it turned up, not at the right address but near enough.

Happy with quality of products (bamboo loo rolls and kitchen towel). Prompt delivery and no plastic anywhere. I previously purchased the loo roll made of waste sugar cane, but found it a little flimsy, so I avoided it second time around.
