This is a really well organised outfit. I messed up with my quantities and ended up having to order twice, and Carl spotted it, checked it wasn't a mistake and then refunded me the second P&P charge, all in less than 24 hours. The sheets were good, too!

I must mention Carl because he rescued me at the Payment stage of my order. This was at about 4.30 on Friday pm. The order arrived very quickly. My second order was also very speedy but I did make the mistake of ordering the wrong type of sheets and it was some weeks before I actually used them. I did not feel I could change them then. They will certainly keep us warm in the winter

Purchased some sheets for electric bed as they make to measure. After initial wash one of the sheets was fraying. They offered a replacement which hasn’t arrived. After a second wash another one of the sheets is fraying and NO response to my email. Very expensive sheets and not worth the money.

The Company are now requesting I return the faulty items for inspection before replacing them. Who pays for the postage and packaging? What do I use for sheets meantime? I will return the faulty items once I have some replacements and when they agree to pay the postage and packaging

I have already sent photographic proof and surely in these difficult times this should be acceptable. I am in my seventies, disabled and not able to go out.

Things have moved on thanks to Carl who has done his best to get the problem sorted. After yet another delivery with fraying sheets he sorted getting another 4 sheets sent to me to replace the original 4 that I ordered.
Just hoping now that these sheets are fit for purpose and I can get on with things. I have increased my star rating due to the enormous effort of Carl.

This person now has MY name, address, email address and telephone number and I have hers!! Whatever happened to Data Protection. This is a serious matter. It also happened to my sister in Cornwall. Don’t buy from this company. I will be writing to the MD of this company.

Very disappointing. When washed I came out of the washing machines so creased it was unbelievable. I HAVE not even bothered to try ironing it just put it down to experience.
