Used multiple times
Used multiple times, but was very happy on this Occassion after ordering a bed base that just couldn’t be manoeuvred up the stairs.
Swiftly arranged a new base made in quaters rather than halves to be delivered.

I paid for & ordered a mattress & then was told they don't do that type of mattress anymore. They offered to sell me a different type but I have asked to cancel order.
They are sending my money back in the next 10 working days.
This means I can't buy anything else yet.
Disappointed 😞

We're very sorry to hear about your disappointment and the inconvenience caused with your order.
Unfortunately, the mattress you originally purchased has been discontinued and is no longer available from our supplier.
We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after placing your order and making payment.
Our team offered an alternative mattress in the hope of finding a suitable replacement. However, we completely respect your decision to cancel your order.
Your refund has been arranged, and as advised, please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to return to your original payment method. (it should arrive sooner)
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding

Delayed delivery
Ordered a mattress for the 7th October. Only to be told next day that the mattress I had ordered was out of stock and I would have to wait until November 1st (whilst still showing on their website as in stock and delivery within 2-3 days). Needless to say I refunded and won’t be in a rush to purchase from here again!

We understand your decision to request a refund and are sorry that we were unable to provide the service you expected.
Your feedback is important to us and will be taken on board as we continue to improve our stock accuracy and communication with customers.

You won’t be disappointed
I was really sceptical about ordering a mattress online that wasn’t very expensive for my spare room. Especially one that comes in a box! I did a bit of research to make sure it wasn’t a scam then went for it. The mattress arrived in two days by van. The driver was friendly. I had to get a neighbour to help me get the box upstairs which was very heavy. It was a source of amusement opening it and it rapidly turning into a thick double mattress. I am so impressed with the whole service and the mattress. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again!
