Sleep soul 800 balance
We bought this to replace our mattress in an adria twim motorhome.
It fits perfect, 3 weeks sleeping on whilst waiting for our house perchase to go through and what a difference, for 200 quid I wasn't really expecting much but it's not much different to the way more expensive Vsping on our home bed
Holidays in France will be alot more comfortable now. .

Failed to deliver - despite us talking to the couriers and explaining because we were at an estate agent we were running late. They agreed to wait … but didn’t. They were at the property at 12.03pm (we were driving home at that time) and we arrived at 12.20pm. For the sake of 17 mins they just left! We had no bed for our first night in our new home. We had to buy a temporary airbed which we are still using. They are dragging their heals with our requested refund going on about a £60 delivery charge!!! The customer support phone conversations were a joke. No to everything! No apology. No interest. Had the phone put down on us twice. Talked with a very rude guy from the couriers who couldn’t care less. I give up … if this is meant to be good customer service I can’t imagine what bad must be like. Avoid.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your delivery experience.
However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your delivery.
Our drivers operate on scheduled delivery routes throughout the day and unfortunately cannot wait at a property for an extended period, as this would impact other customers' deliveries.
You were provided with a two-hour delivery time slot the evening before, and the driver also contacted you approximately 30 minutes before arriving at your property.
I also personally called you while the drivers were outside your address to try to resolve the situation and ensure the delivery could be completed.
As clearly stated in our terms and conditions, someone must be available at the property to accept the delivery. If a delivery fails, the courier charges a £60 redelivery fee.
This is a charge imposed on us by the courier company, and unfortunately, we are unable to waive this cost.
We understand this is frustrating, particularly when moving into a new home. However, we do feel that sufficient notice of the delivery was provided and that reasonable attempts were made to complete it.
We remain happy to assist you in resolving this matter and have also been communicating with you via email regarding the available options.

Terrible service
Terrible service, we missed the delivery by 10 minutes and the couriers refused to wait or come back, Bed factory direct were no help, hung up on us and are not responding to our demands for a refund.

I would like to clarify that when the courier arrived at your property, we attempted to contact you by telephone but unfortunately received no answer.
As explained in our terms and conditions, when a delivery is unsuccessful, the courier charges us a £60 fee for redelivery or for returning the goods to our warehouse.
I have been in contact with you via email on several occasions to explain the situation and the options available to you.
However, as you have mentioned that you are not receiving a response from us, could you please confirm whether you have been receiving my emails?
We are more than happy to continue assisting you and hope to reach a resolution as soon as possible.

The delivery was fine
The delivery was fine - guys turned up when booked , were polite and took the bed to the upstairs bedroom . The mattress is comfortable and stylish . Minor gripe - there were no instructions ! A bed isn’t complicated - but I’m not handy ! . I’ve built it - but there were 2 screws leftover ? Anyway it’s all good and I’ve enjoyed some comfortable nights sleep .
