Absolutely over the moon with my furniture, it looks stunning . Had to wait a few weeks for part to come into stock ,but it was well worth the wait delivery men were very kind and carried into my lounge .highly recommend this company, very good quality furniture

POOR COMMUNICATION RE DELIVERY & ADDITIONAL FEES

When checking out on the website the box to select the date of delivery was frozen and wouldn’t allow me to choose. I decided to checkout regardless and contact the website to sort delivery out that way. Admittedly this was an imperfect system, but I could not change the fact the date-box was unclickable.

I phone the number on the website to no avail. I emailed asking to choose a time slot.
Disappointingly I received no reply from customerservice @ bedfactorydirect.co.uk

I phoned again and got told to contact the delivery company which I then did. I amended my details to mention that my flat is on the 2nd floor and that if possible I’d like to amend my delivery option, or at the very least have it as the later option of the delivery timeslot.

I contacted them through the ‘manage’ hyperlink from the automated message.

A later text also included a phone number which I phoned to explain my situation. By this point nearly a week had passed since my initial messages to customer services and the delivery company. On the phone to the delivery company, I asked for a later side of the given timeslot and the woman told me my time slot could be 2.30 - 3.

With this in mind, I decided to leave my holiday early to reach home for 2pm. I didn’t want to leave my holiday early but felt I had no choice. I got a phone call from the delivery company at 13.29 and explained I was still nearly an hour away from home and would be there at 14.15
A later phone call came at 14.20 while I was 5 minutes away from home but I was told by the woman the delivery drivers would not wait for me.

I arrived home at 14.25 which was unfortunately later than I should’ve been, but still within the earlier quoted time of 14.30-15.00.

I was emailed with a surprise fee of £60 for redelivery. I asked for a refund instead because I can’t really afford the £60 additional charge right now and was told my refund would only be partial to cover the redelivery fee.

Incredibly disappointing service and upsetting to be continuously dismissed throughout an expensive purchase and then hit with a surprise fee. I would have appreciated prior notice of an additional fee for redelivery.
Unfortunately I didn’t budget for an extra £60 spend so this month has proven difficult. Really upsetting. I wish they could’ve either amended my delivery date or stuck to the agreed timeslot the woman on the phone gave me

Brilliant Service, The Bed was delivered on the day they said. Bed was brilliant quality. Will use them in future.

I have nothing to say about this company other than excellent from start to finish. The quality of the customer service was 5 * all the way through. Excellent communication and quick responses. I live offshore so its always tricky buying from the mainland but they gave 100% helping with the labelling of the boxes etc to make sure that everything got to me safely and all together. They were so helpful with my mattress purchase as its very difficult buying a mattress when you can't try it out but their recommendation was superb. This is my second purchase from this company and I went back this time because they were so helpful last time and I was not disappointed. I will continue to recommend and buy from them again in the future

Gary and Alex delivered our 2 new beds this morning and they were fantastic. They even went through how to dismantle should we need to. Friendly and personable . Thankyou. Or experience from the showroom to the day of delivery was amazing.

Absolutely appalling - bed broke BEFORE 6 months and they tried to fob me off with "it's the manufacturers problem" because they allege that I've been sleeping on it on a hardwood floor (which I haven't, not that it matters). Pathetic.

A disaster! I have ordered a bed frame on September. It has been two months, no product shipped and no refund issued, it looks everything is ghosted.

Overall a satisfactory experience from order to delivery within a week The bed and mattress appear good quality. Delivery at 7.30pm was not an ideal time for us as pensioners although the delivery staff were helpful. I would recommend this company.

Very pleased with new bed from Bed Factory Direct. Excellent product. Though we did have a few problems these were quickly resolved by BFD’s very efficient customer service department (thank you Shirley). Ordered a divan bed and mattress. I was impressed with the communications received re. delivery. I received a message to confirm a time slot the day before delivery. On the day, I got a message to say that the drivers were 30 mins away. The divan base looks very good quality and the mattress is comfortable. Very happy with my purchase so far and would order from Bed Factory again.
