The garments are superb; I will definitely order again. Moreover, customer care is exceptional. I had an issue returning an item, and Lucy helped me out quickly and kindly. :)

I had an issue with a dress I ordered which arrived faulty. Lucy was fantastic, she put my mind at ease straight away and had the dress replaced and sent to me within 2 days! Great to experience such kindness and excellent customer service!
The new dress arrived and the quality is amazing!

Unfortunately i would not recommend this company due to the personal experience i've had trying to return items. For whatever reason, the returns portal will not allow me to move forward both on PC and mobile device once i have selected all the items I wish to return. Therefore I reached out to the customer support team over a week ago, to ask them to issue the label for me and provided instructions on what items I wanted to return. it's been over 10 days, we are no further forward, all i received is emails with minimal text, asking me to try again, or tell them what items i want to return. I've done this now 4 times. I just want to return my items for a refund. The clothes are good quality but sizing is awful.

Customer service went above and beyond when I had a concern regarding an item I purchased. Lucy was very efficient in resolving the issue for me, and I couldn’t have asked for a more tentative response. The dress is beautiful and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I contacted BOA following a zip failure on a dress whilst we were attending an event. Unfortunately, this was a very distressing experience for my 15-year-old daughter, particularly as it happened whilst she was wearing the dress for a special occasion.When I contacted Customer Services regarding the issue, there was some back and forth before we reached a resolution, but ultimately I was happy with the outcome that was offered. Lucy, the agent who handled my case, was helpful, professional and understanding throughout the process.The only area where I believe the experience could be improved is the speed of communication. It appeared that emails were only being reviewed and responded to once per day. As a result, even when I replied promptly, I would often have to wait until the following day for a response. Quicker turnaround times would have made the process feel more efficient and would have helped resolve what was already a stressful situation much sooner.Overall, I was satisfied with the final resolution and appreciated Lucy's support, but improving response times would significantly enhance the customer experience.

Did not get my parcel in 15 days. Did not received help that I needed from the seller.

Ordered the most beautiful lace leopard print camisole from here and couldn’t be happier. Fit me perfectly and the quality feels amazing. Definitely worth the money!

This is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a bad review for a business but this is genuinely the most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced. Upon return they withheld money from my refund and accused me of damage of an item which was was never there when I returned them, it was actually their poor quality fabric deteriorating
Additionally I had bought the same satin shorts in another size which is Id worn once before vertical lines on the back appeared from the fibres of their low quality fabric snagging just from general wear.They were very rude and completely dismissed me and told me that because they’ve been worn and the tag is off that they can’t do anything. Clothing should be of a reasonable standard and have a level of durability. There was absolutely no care or intention to help me as a customer.

Had an issue with shipping arrangements/ location (not BOA fault). The customer service assistant, Lucy, promptly amended my order and got the parcel shipped to my new address.

Overall I have ordered from BOA before, and whilst it did take a while to arrive, I absolutely love the design of the pieces and will keep purchasing.

Lucy was a huge help! I received the wrong order upon delivery. She sent me the correct items super quick and was really responsive when I told her what happened. Thank you so much I will be ordering from here again :)

Lucy was very quick dealing with my problem. Unfortunately my dress broke and within three days I have had a refund.
The dress was lovely but unfortunately the zip wasn’t great.
