There was a problem with the delivery service losing my order and Lucy G was absolutely first class with her customer service, she offered to send out the order again (i had however put in the order again to ensure i received the items in time for my wedding dress fitting) and she then offered a refund which she actioned straight away. She was so responsive and helpful and genuinely a lovely person to deal with, including being apologetic when it wasn't boa's fault at all. Obviously the clothes are stunning and i love boa but wanted to make sure i left a review as the customer service exceeded my expectations. Thank you Lucy G! x

Lucy from custom support did an amazing job! She was super quick, profesional and open minded. I’ve received a jacket with make up, but she kindly suggested me to cover dry cleaning services. And all emails were answered super fast. Great job!

The quality has been so bad it has compelled me to write a review to warn others. I bought the black capris and white linen shorts... both did not withstand more than 2 wears.

The capris were so badly made and sized (I am 5"5 which is average height on a woman, and a size 8 which is pretty average). Not only did the height and size of the garment terrible, the gusset was so long they almost looked like harem pants... or like I was wearing a heavy, soiled nappy. So much so that on the SECOND time wearing them, the gusset split. I wrote in to say I had only worn these twice but because they were purchased 5 months prior, no refund or exchange was offered.

Now to the white shorts... after wearing them ONCE (also the lining is pink, so people kept stopping me to say my 'pink' knickers were on show!!) I washed them on a delicate 400 spin... the material came apart. Absolutely shocking.

Delivery was prompt after I originally ordered a dress from BOA as a backup because of a delayed delivery elsewhere. I loved the dress — Satin Cup Detail Slip Dress - Bronze combined with the Champagne Sheer Chiffon Asymmetric Cape — so ended up wearing it to a wedding as a first choice. During the wedding, one of the straps unfortunately broke. I emailed in with photos and an explanation and Lucy G so kindly popped a replacement dress in the post, without requiring anything on my end. I'll definitely be shopping with BOA again!

If I could give no stars I would. Bought the pleated satin palazzo trousers. Zip is faulty will not go up or down. I have never had such a performance to get a return label for a faulty item. Send pictures, videos, then they can’t open the videos all for a faulty zip. I will return these at my own cost which is absolute disgraceful service so I would avoid this company at all costs. Shocking service !

I had an issue with my refund as it was not for the correct items that I had returned. Instead, it was for an item in a different order that I placed around the same time, which was not as expensive as my original order. When I initially contacted BOA via their 'Contact us' facility on the website, I was very dissatisfied with the response that I got. I subsequently contact the support team and was put in contact with Lucy there. Lucy was extremely supportive and proactive and I received a full refund within a very short time frame. I was very impressed with the manner in which she dealt with the situation.

Lucy was very helpful in helping me return my order, replied very quickly and made the process as easy as possible for me.

Terrible experience. Around 50% of my order arrived with stains or other defects, which was extremely disappointing. Customer service was equally frustrating, as most of the responses felt scripted and unhelpful rather than genuinely addressing my concerns.

This was my first order with this company, and it will definitely be my last.
