Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, I had an email to say it had been dispatched. When I checked link it had not been dispatched, no more info sent. I have called the number during opening hours 4 times but it never rings.. So unimpressed, where is my order!!!!

2 lipsticks ordered to be delivered to NZ in early May, I’m on my third email following up non delivery and this business requires a sworn statement (to be printed and physically signed before being scanned and sent back - very 1998 of them) to even look up my tracking details!
Still not entirely convinced they have any passing interest in finding my package/refunding/resending the two lipsticks. It’s beyond a joke at this point.

After many attempts at contacting ‘Beauty Expert’ I am still yet to get a reply! They overcharged me and never gave it back - order said it was meant to arrive on the 23-25th May and it still hasn’t arrived. I will never be ordering off here again, I will be taking this further if I am not refunded the amount over what I should have paid

**SCAM ALERT**
**SCAM ALERT**
I ordered twice on the same day - one for me and the second time for my friend after I thought I saw a very good deal on BeautyExpert.
The second order arrived on time but my initial order (made just 10minutes before) was not delivered. Checked the tracker and it says "order pending". Checked the tracking number with the courier and it says "invalid tracking number".
Sent a message to the support team (which takes 24hours) and they came back with multiple excuses like "it's on its way", "please check with your neighbours if they've taken the delivery" and "please sign this form to say your delivery went missing".
Finally they said that the courier is returning the parcel.
No explanations given.
I left the UK since then and I told them to give my money back.
3 weeks and no response.
They just wait until you forgot about your money and hope that you'll quietly go away.
I am raising a fraud alert on all my bank cards and credit cards so that they will note that this website is a scam.

As the two orders were placed separately, they are two different orders. Sadly the first order was damaged in transit and I can see a full refund was processed back to your account.
