"Beauty Expert - Ugly Service"!!!
Dear all,
If there was ever an example of 'poor business practices" this is certainly one of them.
On 7 October, I ordered for the first time on the 'Beauty Expert' website. The product I wanted was discounted, so I Ordered two - and paid £5.99 to secure my "next day delivery". Then it all started to go wrong!!
Expecting my Order to be delivered on 8 October ("next day"), Beauty Expert emailed me to say it was to be delivered on 9 October.
Have you ever been so stressed and untrusting of a "business" who refuses to answer customers telephone calls? Furthermore, the voice on the answer phone leaves you perplexed and totally let down? This is what I have been experiencing from 'Beauty Expert' from 7 October to date.
Today (Monday 11 October) - and still NO Delivery of the items I ordered on 7 October on "next day" delivery. The Company, did, however, reply to my first email to confirm they will be "refunding" my £5.99 for "next day" delivery. But, when I emailed them a further "two times", including today (Monday) - stating that my Order still has not been delivered, and requesting an IMMEDIATE REFUND OF TOTAL GOODS - they responded WITHOUT ANY acknowledgement of this request - and just referred to the processing of the £5.99. As always, they stated "please do not hesitate to get in touch with us".
How frustrating and STRESSFUL!!
I JUST WANT MY TOTAL MONEY BACK NOW!! - as they are not even answering the phones, and I have NO DELIVERY OF MY ORDER!!
WHAT AN APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
*TRADING STANDARDS AND CITIZENS ADVICE WILL BE MY NEXT STOP!!

Great Company Great Customer Service
I have bought from Beauty Expert a few times now. I love them! They have products that aren't available in my country and the prices are excellent (and postage is free!). My last order contained an item with faulty packaging. I contacted Beauty Expert and their rep Joana was quick to reply, was helpful and understanding and even arranged a replacement (which I didn't ask for) which was very kind. 5 STARS!!!

Two facial creams I purchased were damaged due to negligence of delivery. One of the staffs whose name is Phoenix did an efficient investigation and send me replacements. Great customer service.

AVOID
AVOID. Bought my usual REN eye cream but found it different texture and consistency to usual. Just sits on the skin. Reported it as a faulty over four weeks ago and still not been resolved. No telephone line just extremely slow and pointless messages where you wait days for them just to ask you to repeat something. I’m not working due to health reasons and as sad as it sounds my eye cream was my one treat and now I’ve wasted the money and not been using one for a whole month. Ridiculous!

Excellent Customer Service
On the day I made my purchase, I was told that the discount would automatically be applied at the checkout. This did not happen, so I contacted Customer Services. I "spoke" to Sam who refunded the discount to my credit card immediately. No fuss, no bother and received earlier than expected. Thank you Sam.

I received a used product
I ordered a bottle of body-oil, the first one did not arrive and I was expected to still pay for the item. Then, after many messages back and forth to several different people, they agreed to resend my order.
When I got it, the bottle was half empty, and looked like it had been used. The bottle was dirty and the liquid too.
I would never order from here again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered from this company almost two months ago. I’m in Australia so naturally I expected some delay with it coming from the UK but was so disappointed when it finally hit Australian shores, it couldn’t be delivered to me as BeautyExpert didn’t put my street name on the delivery label. I contacted Australia post and they explained it’s been sent back to the UK. It’s been 16 days now and I’ve contacted beauty expert TWICE and received absolute GARBAGE customer service and have been told they’re “not liable” despite the fact THEY DIDNT WRITE MY ADDRESS which was correct on my order confirmation. They’re refusing to reimburse me the money for these products I’ve paid for and clearly aren’t going to get. I will absolutely be escalating this further if their next email response doesn’t acknowledge the fault on their part and put my money back in my account. I will never purchase from this company again.
