Dont believe their expected delivery…
Dont believe their expected delivery dates..I ordered Murad dark circle corrector on 6thdec..Expected date of delivery was 20-28dec..still havnt received the product.Moreover,when i track the parcel status,their is no tracking available after 17dec..seems like scam,tried to contact the costumer service but they didnt respond ..Unbelievably bad service. Wont use them again

Ordered An item 3 weeks ago as a Christmas gift for the one I love and it still hasn't been sent. Keep getting automated booking emails from the shipping company every week with different tracking numbers everytime but nothing is being delivered to them from beauty expert. Generic useless answers from customer support saying it will be sent "soon"...
Said I wanted to cancel the order but apparently not possible even though they haven't even sent the item yet after 3 weeks. Looks like I will be standing without a gift to give at Christmas thanks to beauty expert, not everyone can afford buying many gifts. Terrible company, avoid!!!

I ordered a product 10 days ago, I still have not received it. I have emailed and tried to phone (the number is useless as does not connect to anyone except for a message stating their opening hours). I just receive automated emails and am getting nowhere with no product received. Zero customer service! AVOID AVOID AVOID this company!!!

I would leave no stars if I could!! Shocking service, I left a negative review last week as I still haven’t received my order that was made on 25th November!! They have over £300 of my money and won’t issue a refund. They have now given me a Hermes tracking which keeps saying DELAYED. No excuse at this price and length of wait it should have been sent next day delivery. Their response is always the same ‘it’s been dispatched’ but I am out of pocket and with no sign of the goods!! PLEASE PLEASE DON’T USE THIS SITE SHOCKINGLY BAD

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service . Ordered a very expensive item about 10 days ago which was for a birthday gift.
Was expecting it within a couple of days - since that what the lead time was.
However, there are no signs of anything being delivered even 11 days later. I told them I wanted to cancel the order as I just keep getting fobbed off - but they responded again with a meaningless generic response.. it’s infuriating!
I want it cancelled and I want my money back.. since you clearly don’t have stock or have a serious issue with your warehouse ?!
Would appreciate if someone could help me, as the customer service is non existent.

Where is it? Ordered on 1st Dec. Paid for delivery and same rubbish emails for the past two days.
I've order stuff from other sites after this order and have already received them!
Go elsewhere people even if you pay a tad more at least you will have professionals dealing with your order.
Their service is pathetic. Same crapy response to everyone who has left a bad review for them.
I bet you, it the lazy people they've employed who cannot be bothered to get customers orders out to them on time.

Beware-they cancel your order on available items
I had 1 item left off dispatch for delivery, it sat there for ten days until I queried it. Turns out it was cancelled in error. They told me it was a “pricing issue” yet they still are advertising it as available. The only way to get it is to reorder and pay full price (I originally bought the item at 15% discount as my total spend on my order qualified for the discount). Absolutely shocking customer service and they don’t take any responsibility.

Ordered still not received 3 months later
Ordered in early august , received no email by the 19th followed up via the chat message service and was told my order shipped on the 20th August , the link looked very legitimate as it said from England to nsw Australia.
It’s now late November and still nothing has progressed in the tracking and nothing has arrived to me.
I would advise against ordering product from the site as I don’t believe it to be legitimate anymore

Very bad experience
Very bad experience, order took over 3 months, I followed up with them and they would not confirm my information to track it. I will never order back. A big no for me, it should not be so difficult to assist someone. Total disappointment.
