No delivery
No constructive help
You cannot phone, email, fill forms in to send,
They Just keep asking for your details over and over.
Just don’t bother! Unless you like stress and wasting your time. With nothing at the end
I note your response (Expert Beauty) it’s no different from all the other responses. You do nothing! Buyer beware. I am heartily sick of it!
An update, an email has arrived, offering a full refund!
That’s all I am saying, until I receive said refund! It’s a lot of money for me! £150.80 is no meagre amount of money. We will see? I actually put the case in Pay Pals hands.

Utterly disappointing.
Utterly disappointing.. no customer service, convenient that they put no invoice or dispatch note in with the order. I only received half of my order, phone line is an absolute l a joke that cuts you off. & live chat 💬 not on. Completely helpless at this point. Hopefully I will cancel with my bank. Feel scammed. What should have been a nice treat… Uuuuugh! Don’t bother.

Disappointing
Disappointing! Came across this company while searching for a specific, quite expensive product. Price was good, next day despatch advertised although I ordered on the bank holiday so allowed for that. The day after I expected it I got an email saying there’s an issue then a day later another email where they can’t fulfil and a refund will be issued in not impressed. Do not advertise an item for sale unless you have it in stock or take money to return some 8-12 days later. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Bad!!!
Bad, worse, Beauty Expert!! Since the beginning of October I've been in constant communication with customer service. It's triple reimbursement of £15 each for tipped face creams. Regardless of whether it is an e-mail in the customer account or via Messenger, as a customer you feel completely fooled! After every reminder on my part (they don't come to me on their own) I have to verify myself! And still get the standard reply, it's forwarded to the finance department!! Doubt if they even have a finance department? Sometime in January they refunded me 15 euros (I paid in pounds!), then in February they refunded 15 pounds. And the third reimbursement to date not!!! You constantly write to different people who don't even feel like looking at the whole issue. Customer service is zero!! By now I've had enough of the fuss with Beauty Expert!!! Buy coffee for the money, maybe it will help... If I could I would have given minus 5 points. Never experienced such bad service!! I won't be shopping there anymore anyway, but she doesn't care either... The club is terrible!!!

Lost my order
Lost my order, when I contacted them, they couldn’t care less. They won’t even offer to ship express given I waited over a week. Poor customer service, they lack courtesy of even using ‘please’ and ‘thank you’.
Never buying from them again. Everything they sell is available with other, better trusted websites.
Even the response is ridiculous… yes, the removed the matter by giving me money back. No sorry or even attempt to fix the delivery issue.

Amber from Customer Support was an amazing support, quick response, very accommodating. I couldn’t locate my parcel at the Post Office so it was sent back and they‘re delivering it again without any cost.

They lure you in with discounted products that are out of stock. I have been waiting 2 2 weeks for a product and have been informed it will be another 2 weeks until dispatch.

Beauty Expert, Terrible company to try and Contact…
I’ve tried to contact customer services via Live Chat (it’s not live), phone as they say they are open from 8:00am week days but there is an automated message that also says they are open from 8:00am but then it cuts you off, I’ve messaged them from their web page and no reply. The tracking number for my items does not exist with Hermes and now I have no way of contacting them. Absolutely rubbish service.

Appalling service
I wish I had read these reviews first I never would of used this company. I placed an order on 26/12/21 I’m still waiting you can only speak to someone on live chat the number you call cuts off after the automated service I feel as if I have been ripped off I made a complaint 3 days ago and was told customer relations would contact me and have had nothing from them yet I just want a refund now this is appalling service will never use this company again
