I would advise as a customer that the company looks into training some of their customer support and reviews their timescales to be able to offer help and support as customers might need help or might make mistakes with orders.

I ordered items on 20th September and never received them so I cancelled my order on the 24th October and got a email to say I would get my refund in 3 to 5 working days. Its now the 15th of November and I have still not received my refund. I was on the live chat 3 different times and the first time a girl gave me a reference number to activate my refund as she said it went into my bank account on the 24th of October so I went into my bank and my bank didn't have any reference number related to a refund and also told me they never heard of this to activate a refund, so I got back onto the live chat as there is no other way to contact this website and was talking to another agent called nigel and he wouldn't answer any direct questions and when I asked him about why I needed a reference number and the bank didn't have any reference number he then asked me for my card number to give me my refund which I wouldn't give him cos I knew something was very wrong with this. He then told me the reason I didn't get refund was because the money never left my account even tho I was looking at my statement and my bank also confirmed the money left my account on the 24th of September, when I told him this he ignored my question again and told me to refer back to my bank. The other guy joey was just as bad but concluded I would get my refund because I created such a fuss. I don't have any fate I will ever get my refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I have never in my life experiences such poor customer service, agents who are very rude and poorly trained and lacking any knowledge on refunds to customers or basic customer service procedure. I will never shop with this company ever again and i will tell all my friends and family to stay away from this company. Its a scam!!

Order placed 23rd August - took ages to arrive and eventually did on 1st September. Flimsy package arrived broken in to and taped together by Royal Mail. Missing items and leaked lotion I had bought were inside. The goods were badly packaged to begin with. Tried to call customer services but phone lines not working despite advertising you can call them on their site in the ‘contact us’ section. No reply to email sent instead either. Finally got through on their online chat. Took the customer service agent 25 minutes to sort something out which was relatively simple i.e send out replacement for damaged and missing items.
I then had second thoughts about getting replacement items sent given how rubbish the customer service agents were, and asked for a refund for the damaged and missing items and despite only just speaking to them, I couldn’t cancel the replacement items or get a refund. Had to BEG to get a return label to sent to me, which I then find out once I had it emailed to me that had to pay for anyway. So they mucked up my order by sending items in bad packaging and the box splitting, yet I had to pay to return the items myself. Eventually got only ONE replacement (not 3 that were missing) once again in a damaged box badly packaged on the 15th September two weeks after my original complaint - note that original purchase made in 23rd August….. just shocking service all round. Just shocking. I now have to spend more time getting in touch, explaining the situation and trying to get my money back. Never use this company it’s an absolute disaster. Awful experience and have no idea if and when I will receive a refund.

Terrible Terrible company. Ordered a product on the 2nd Sept and got the response:
"Delivery is estimated between
Sun 04 Sep - Mon 05 Sep". Nothing arrived and so i tried calling on 0161 8131479 and the number doesn't work unless you call outside of work hours in which it tells you they are closed. I then tried the Live Chat and that also does not work as always says "unavailable. " I then sent a message on the 5th Sept as the tracker had said that they had tried to deliver it but hadn't. I know this as I checked the CCTV footage on my camera. Their response was as follows:
"Thank you for getting in touch about order 429381366.
I am sorry to hear that you have not received this.
This was sent to you on 02-09-2022 and delivery usually takes 3-5 working days but we ask that you allow up to 7 working days to receive it.
Kindly allow until 12-09-2022 to receive this before reporting it as missing.
If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help."
If it says delivery is expected between the 4th-5th that i what i expect not being told afterwards that it won't be and only after I had attempted to change it. I will be informing PayPal regarding this. CS is appalling if nonexistent. They are also Part of the Gut Group whom when i contacted were also uninterested as it was nothing to do with them. Please don't use this company, Pay a little more and you will have a much easier life.

Two months ago I placed a small order with this company - and paid in full.

Since then, they have made several promises, but failed to deliver the product. This morning, without any explanation whatsoever, they refunded the money. Strongly recommend avoiding.

I ordered a cream from beauty expert but sadly it was oversold and the order had to be cancelled. Fortunately, their customer service agent Rachael hastily contacted me, cancelled the order and issued a refund without much trouble. Thank you for the professional service!

A lousy company to buy your products I would never recommend, they scammed me!!!! The product never arrived and they do not answer my emails.

Take your time to read this Review so you don't have to pass by all the nightmare that I am having right now with this company.

On May 28th I placed an order of $208 shipped to US. I ordered 10 items and only 4 broken items arrived in a badly crashed box. I sent an email to request a refund because I didn't have time to wait for the shipment then I received a reply saying that they sent me a replacement when I asked for a refund. Well, weeks later I received another super crashed box with broken items again. For a second time I sent an email requesting a refund. This time they want me to pay a return shipping, then the offer me a free shipping but they return system is so bad that I couldn't get a shipping label so they told me a could pay for shipping and they would refund me the shipping upon receipt. Well, I paid on June 23th $57 for return shipping and I haven't get my shipping money back they made me sent them twice a shipping receipt and I still haven't get my money back. And guess what? After paying $57 for shipping from US to UK they refused the shipment when it arrived to UK. So, they scammed me. Never get my money back. Every time I contact customer support by chat by email they just keep running me in circles. So don't ever spend your money with this company.

Ich hatte die 1.Gesichtsbehandlung überhaupt. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich soweit zufrieden, meine Haut fühlt sich super an.
Jedoch war die Dame sehr wortkark, hat kaum etwas erklärt und Beraten wurde ich auch überhaupt nicht. Denke nicht, dass ich für das Geld nochmal hingehe. Etwas gespart, da ich einen Gutschein hatte, aber trotzdem schade dass ein Ergebnis durch fehlende Beratung nicht ganz gut empfunden werden kann.
