Sent wrong products, scam company
Sent all the wrong products. After a month they still haven’t done anything. They just say they will be in touch and then never do. I will probably get a message to this apologising saying they will be in touch and then… nothing.

Useless
There are no terms and conditions available for the 20% off for new customers, so I couldn't figure out how to make it apply to my basket. I finally found something else it applied to (exactly the same thing in a different colour), and it still won't let me place an order. For some reason they can't (won't) send this item to my address. I know other people in Australia have ordered this item from this website and there's nothing wrong with my address, so I have no idea why they won't deliver to me.
