Hi Fousan,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we’re sorry to hear the fragrance wasn’t quite what you expected. Scents can be so personal, and some do take a little time to grow on you depending on style and strength.
If you ever need help choosing something closer to what you normally enjoy, just let us know, we’re always happy to point you in the right direction or suggest alternatives.
We really appreciate you giving us a try and hope your next pick hits the mark for you.

Perfume.
Narciso Ambree, Eau de parfum is a really lovely fragrance. I just wish it was not so expensive, since your company buys in bulk.

Hi Maria,
Thanks so much for your review, we’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying the Narciso Ambree, it’s such a gorgeous fragrance.
We completely understand what you mean about the price. Narciso products are naturally on the higher end, even when we’re able to offer a discount. At Beauty-Scent, we only sell brand-new, genuine products, and we pass on savings wherever we can through our partnerships and sourcing.
Really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we’re glad the fragrance itself has been a hit.

Hi Clare,
We’re really sorry to hear you had missing and damaged items, that’s not the experience we want anyone to have, and we completely understand how frustrating it feels when you can’t get the issue resolved.
We’ve checked our system and it looks like our team requested the usual photos so we can investigate the damage properly. That process is there to help us put things right quickly, not to make things difficult, but we’re sorry if the replies came across as robotic or unhelpful.
Please could you email us again at customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk
with your order number? Once we have the details, we’ll sort this as a priority and make sure you’re looked after properly.
We want to fix this for you, we just need the chance to do it the right way.
Kind regards,

Hi Jill,
We’re really sorry to read this, that’s not the experience we want anyone to have, and we completely understand how worrying it feels if a product doesn’t look as expected.
We’ve checked our system and can’t find an order under your name or email, and we haven’t received any messages from you, so we’d really like the chance to look into this properly. All of our Rituals products are 100% genuine and sourced directly from trusted UK suppliers, so we want to make sure there’s no mix-up with the item you received or the retailer it came from.
Could you please contact us at customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk
with your order number and a photo of the product you received? We’ll investigate immediately and resolve it for you, whether that means a replacement, a refund, or an authenticity check.
We take concerns like this very seriously, but we can only help once we have the order details. We’re here to put this right for you as soon as we receive them.
Kind regards,

SCAM
If I didn’t know better, I’d think this website it a scam. I ordered a perfume in August for my birthday and it’s November and I’ve still not received it.
Despite countless calls and back and forthing via emails, I’ve received no help. They just lie about sending a refund/replacement form so shut you up and then do nothing. THEY ARE THE WORST!
