Ordered a perfume set with next day delivery only to receive the wrong item. Would not trust this website. No one picks up on the phone line to resolve the issue and I’ve since come across other negative reviews for this site suggesting similar issues. Customer service email send generic replies (Victoria M), rather than resolving the issue stated. Keep clear.

Ordered a Chloe gift scent (perfume and body wash). Arrived a day late which wasn’t an issue. However, the Chloe box wasn’t plastic sealed which I thought odd. When my partner opened it for her 40th birthday, the bottles had scuff/scrape marks on them so clearly have been out before. Customer service not interested in resolving. Not impressed and will never use this company again.
