Thieves, abusive taking advantage of older people

This behaviour won’t be seen in any decent bank in a developed country!
My elderly mother recently widowed and living on a pension is unable to get her inheritance after her husband’s death despite adequately prepared paperwork. The level of top down bullying is incredible and speaks of a toxic culture focused at taking advantage of customers! Shame on employees and management at BCR! My father fought for his rights against a corrupt system and I won’t let him down!

Daca puteam sa nu dau nici o stea asta…

Daca puteam sa nu dau nici o stea asta era optiunea pentru Bcr.Nu stiu decat sa exploateze si sa fure si sa minta.Aveti grija la stipularile din contractele lor.Au comisioane si taxe ascunse de care nu zic nimic.Daca indraznesti sa ii intrebi de ce nu se spune nimic de comisioane,primesti cel mai nesimtit raspuns:Da ce,tu nu poti sa citesti???

Au o platforma super proasta

Nu contractați serviciile BCR

Oameni foarte prosti. Retardați de angajați nepregătiți.
Groaznic!! Cea mai proasta banca. Jaf armat :)) niste angajați gainarese. Nu îmi pot găsi cuvinte negative care sa exprime duhoarea și imbecilitatea din BCR. Un George handicapat cu angajați care put a prostie. Retardați incompetenți. Jalnic

They are literarily abusive

They are literarily abusive, but know that a law suite comes with a lot of effort and take advantage. BCR Banca Pentru Locuinte - is managed by a group of abusive trained employees where you have the contract in your hand and they will just tell you to get lost as what they promised cannot be delivered any more.

Scriu acest review in ideea ca cineva…

Scriu acest review in ideea ca cineva cu cap de la BCR va face ceva util pentru clienții lor. Povestea mea începe așa: am contact banca BCR prin telefon deoarece mama (utilizator BCR) este in America alături de mine. Primul telefon a fost sa aflam cum putem accesa extrasele de cont. Doamna ne-a zis ca trebuie sa îl activam pe George si e-token, whatever… zis si făcut. Am urmat toți pașii dar mister George tot nu a vrut sa funcționeze. Am sunat din nou la Customer service si dam peste o doamna lipsită de respect pt clientii BCR. Pur si simplu ne-a închis apelul ca o disperata de femeie zicând sa venim la sediul BCR pt ca mama (femeie la 65 de ani ce a trecut printr-o operație complicata), repetând de câteva ori veniți la sediu ca nu știți culoarea care a fost pusa la întrebarea de securitate. Mama mea i-a spus ca nu își mai aduce aminte ce CULOARE a pus in sistem ca asta s a întâmplat acum o grămada de ani. Și cum in România totul se face la ghișeul ca pe vremea lui ceașca, nu a avut ocazia sa folosească întrebarea de securitate. A întrebat emailul, mama i a zis ce email are cu BCR iar disperata de femeie (in cer scuze ca o numesc așa dar foarte urat a putut sa se poarte cu un CLIENT BCR) a Zis nu, nu e asta emailul. Nu sunteți clientul nostru, mergeți la banca dacă vreți, la revedere. Strig disperata, stati un pic, ca avem nevoie de astea urgent ca mama a fost in spital si este in America. Trebuie sa le arătam extras din cont. Nu poate veni in România femeie bătută in cap ca este in America (țara aia care este peste ocean). Bineînțeles ca a zis ca nu o interesează și ne-a închis pur și simplu. Este inadmisibil sa te porți așa cu un client. Lucrez pt o companie americană de 7 ani și vorbesc cu clienți și brokeri. Pai dacă fac așa ceva unui client, ma zboară direct.
Customer service zero
Nu i-a pasat deloc de problema noastră sau cum sa ajute un client BCR care ii plătește ei salariu prin Comisioane etc. Anyway, nu sfătuiesc sa folosiți aceasta banca!!!! Horrible service!!!
George merge f greu. Erori foarte multe iar account in sine e foarte prost organizat. Recomand sa vedeti cum lucrează Chase Bank. Din cu ce va pot ajuta și dacă mai aveți nevoie de ceva nu te scot cei de la Customer service din America.

Politica mizerabila! NU recomand!

Nu am vazut politica mai mizerabila decat a voastra! Nu am folosit niciodata BCR (si cu siguranta nici nu o voi face de acum inainte) pana astazi cand am avut nevoie. Am primit un transfer prin SmallWorld, mi s-a zis ca trebuie sa ii ridic de la BCR... Am fost la sucursala BCR Craiova Centru, mi s-a zis ca aici merge doar cu programare... AICI. Ok.. am plecat la o agentie de cartier in zona Brazda, aveau un singur client. Domnul tanar era ocupat sa vb la telefonul, domnul in varsta se ocupa de client intrebandu-ma irascibil ce imi trebuie. I-am zis ca am de ridicat niste bani prin transfer, mai sa ma certe ca ce transfer, prin ce transfer, SMITH&SMITH sau cum se numeste?? cate cifre are codul?? I-am zis ca este prima data cand folosesc, nu ma pricep, dar ma uit. Am verificat, am vazut ca era SmallWorld, atunci mi s-a zis ca ei sunt ocupati, sa sun la nr de pe usa sa ma programez la ce casierie o fi libera, ei nu au loc. Cu toate restrictiile COVID, nu m-am lovit niciodata de o asemenea mizerie!!! Sa ma plimb de la o agentie la alta ca sa mi se spuna ca este nevoie sa ma programez "pe unde o fi loc", sa ma plimb prin tot orasul pt un amarat de transfer.

CLIENTS means zero for BCR

Takes them forever to resolve an issue.
Few months ago, I send them an email to resolve an issue. Took them weeks to answer and even then the solution was not applicable.

At the moment I have another problem with the etoken. It's been 5 days, and I have send 3 emails with no answer.
I Will move to another bank.

Worst place ever

Worst place ever.
The people that work there are rude and lac of maners. I requested to open an euro account to receive some money that in the same day will send them to someone else, and they open an savings account. It seems this account it doesn't let you transfer any money. I stayed 3 hrs for them to fix this issue.

Never go there again !

Very bad services

Very bad services. Cannot transfer money to other bank in real-time, they ask to move salary to their bank to get a good rate for loan. Services are shi**y. No closer ATM, is f***d up.

Couldn't be worse I am a customer since 2010 and I live…

I am a customer since 2010 and I live abroad since 2011. The battery of my token finished and last year, on 4th October 2020 I contacted the bank in order to activate eToken to have access to my accounts. Since then I sent many emails, I called many times spending hundreds of eur and I made a few complaints but nothing helped. Every time I received incomplete, incorrect answers or no answers at all. This is happening for 10 months already. I also had problems because I didn't receive on time from them bank statements that I needed. It is the worst possible experience, the employees from customer service don't know, don't want to give the necessary information and are rude.
I just hope to go to Romania soon and transfer my credit to another bank. I don't have access to the products I pay for and I need to use. Instead I spent 10 months, time and money asking for them but nothing helps with BCR.

So bad...i waited for 1 month to have…

So bad...i waited for 1 month to have an answer regarding the insurence on the credit..they answered me 1 month later(after the previous insurance expired) and they also charged me for insurance extention...after sever call, email and a threath to go to the custoumer protection, i get a notification the george app(1 week later after the money were withdrawn) the reson for the withdraw and the back payment.(the money were returned in the end,after the entire adventure)

Bunicul are 82 de ani...

Bunicul care are 82 de ani, vrea sa stie cati bani are in cont si sa faca un transfer.
I-am aratat ce simplu e cu Revolut, de exemplu.
Dar la BCR nu poate vizita banca atunci cand doreste el. Adica “ai venit degeaba mosule”. Trebuie sa-si faca o programare online. Pe laptop, ca pe telefon nu poti - website-ul nu e bine optimizat.
Mai are o varianta: aplicatia mobila George - adica mobile banking, unde pentru a te autentifica trebuie sa instalezi o alta aplicatie pentru a genera un token la fiecare logare. Si unde eventual poti face diverse operatiuni. Pentru asta, tot o programare online pentru a merge la banca trebuie facuta.
Doar ca intrand pe site, vad ca serviciul de programari nu este functional 😑
Bunicul s-a uitat complet confuz si scarbit si a decis ca vrea sa schimbe banca.
Eu am 37 de ani si sunt mai scarbit decat bunicul.

Today, April 13, 2021, I had a very, very disappointing experience with BCR's online operators in connection with a George account. Besides the fact that I stayed on the phone for 2 hours, of course taken out of the conversation twice by them, I had the unpleasant surprise of communicating to me the fact that I can't unlock my token because the data is not correct. I mention the fact that I had the contract in front of me. But it doesn't seem to matter to them either, and I was directed to the nearest branch. Point, no further explanation. To find out in the branch that I was employed by people with a high degree of risk and that a lot of opinions had to be signed according to those in the branch, in fact a lady with common sense and extraordinary in terms of customer relations, opinion of those to Bucharest. I think some should first of all before engaging in departments that include customer relations do a common sense course. And yes, maybe they know better than me if a spiritual counselor is at great risk as they have assigned me.

They refuse to close account online and continue to take commission

It's 2020 and there's a Covid-19 crisis, but they require you to be physically present in a branch to close an account.

This account has 0 balance but they keep taking a monthly commission and refuse to close it online.

That's a way of taking advantage of poor consumer laws in Romania to do whatever you want with a simple client.

I have bank account with this bank in…

I have bank account with this bank in Romania from 1998, this bank is total disaster with costumer assistance for private person, and with app and other stuff not working, if you are romanian citizen and live outside of Romania but you still have some business or whatever in Romania, I strongly advice not to make account to this bank, they fail in simple tasks. Is like a week since their app is not working for login, browser login is not possibile, to talk to them is impossibile, until today no number was available to call them, today they opened one line, I have tryed like 8 times, everytime you attend around 30 minutes, after that some operator respond and tell you one second let me check this info, then you hear nothing more and 1 minute max they close your call, this happend today for 8 times! Previosly I have tried to contact them by email, by messenger, they do not respond and care whatsoever, please do not let the continue this system do not use them do not make a bank account, this is the most horror bank of Romania.
