Great customer service!

Battery for my lap top

I ordered the battery for my Toshiba Lap top that costs $49.99, I love the way it raises the lap top in the back and makes it easier to use my keyboard. Battery doesn't hold charge
We are very happy with the pricing of the battery but not really happy because the battery loses its charge quickly. When fully charged it says one hundred percent and says 2 hours 20 minutes. It loses its power in about 1 hour 20 minutes not sure why.

Thank you for the feedback on your battery purchase. The most common reason for the discrepancy between what your software reports at 100% charge and the actual time the battery will run between charges is that the computer estimates the length of time at 100% based on optimal power settings. If you watch a movie using the DVD drive, use several programs that require intense processor function, or if you have the brightness turned way up on your screen, these things and many others require more power from the battery and will reduce the length of time the battery lasts between charges. The computer can't estimate your use of programs or hardware when it gives you an estimated time at 100% charge. If the battery is lasting less than an hour between charges you may have a bad cell in the battery pack. If you have any questions give us a call and we would be happy to see if we can help.

Did not receive 2-day shipping which I paid for
I needed to receive the camera battery charger before Feb 16. Therefore I paid extra for 2-day shipping and did not receive it in time for my vacation. Order was placed on Feb 12 and shipped on Feb 12 but didn't get delivered until Feb 16. That is not 2-day delivery. Very disappointed with delivery.

Thank you for your feedback on your order. As you noted, your order was placed and shipped on Friday, Feb. 12th. To help you understand why your order was delivered on Tues., Feb 16th you need to understand how FedEx and UPS count their delivery days. The date of pick up, in this case Feb. 12 is not included in the on-time delivery calculation. Both FedEx and UPS count their delivery days by the business day (Mon - Fri) not by the calendar day. So in this case, shipping on Friday and delivery on Tuesday is counted as an on-time Second Day shipment. We do outline FedEx's policies in our shipping policies on the website so our customers can plan with these dates in mind.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We apologize for the delay in your order delivery. It appears that the USPS is so excited about your order that they don't want to move it through their system in a timely manner. Tracking today shows that the order arrived in Memphis, TN this morning and assuming that everything goes as it should the order should deliver in the next couple of days. The order was shipped on the day your ordered the battery (Feb 15) but has been taking the scenic route through the USPS sorting and delivery processing centers. Please let us know if there are any problems once the item arrives!
very satisfied
it eventually comes the day when you have to replace the battery on trusted laptop you use for everyday work. Browsing on the web you can find many suppliers with price ranges from very high to very low. Batteryheads.com is in between and surprised me because the battery was not the usual "no brand" item you buy all over the internet. I received a courteous and prompt reply to my message and decided to buy. Received the battery a couple of days lately nicely packaged. So far so good. Keep up the good work guys !
