Lawn mower battery
Rapid delivery through US Mail. The battery apparently was already charged, but I gave it a slow 2 hour shot and it fired up the mower right away.

I recommend Batteryheads because they provided excellent service when I needed to replace my laptop battery. They clarified the choice I needed to make. It was easy to order online. The battery arrived within a few days. There was no shipping cost.

Not the place
First, they do not have my order in stock. Only have one battery instead of two. Battery listed at $11.95. Then I am charged $13.95 instead of $11.95. Definitely will not use them again.

Thank you for your feedback. The tracking number for your shipment shows that the order delivered yesterday (Mar. 21) at 3:31PM. Your order was shipped via USPS so please look in your mail box or ask anyone that may have picked up the mail if they brought in the shipment. Your order would be packaged in a white bubble mailer.
If you can't locate your shipment. Please give us a call at 1-888-378-6888 and we will see what can be done to find your order or have another order shipped out.
