Kathy at the Reading branch was amazing and helped us design our dream bathroom. She made any changes that we requested and thought of all the behind the scenes bits and pieces that we needed and didn't have a clue about (bath waste, pipes etc)! I would definitely recommend The Bathroom Showroom.

Great customer service
Kathy at the Reading branch was excellent - she was very patient and had great ideas - suggesting alternative bathroom layouts when we encountered some problems during a refurb. We had the items delivered by another branch as it was in a different part of the country and she liaised with the team there to get the orders completed.

City Plumbing supplies, Stirling
Lynsey at City Plumbing supplies in Stirling was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient and helped me pick out everything required for my new bathroom. Even though the shower area was quite tricky Lynsey researched products for me and found exactly what I needed. Rebecca goes above and beyond
We are delighted to use our new bathroom designed by Rebecca Robinson of the City Plumbing Radcliffe branch. From the outset she listened carefully to what we wanted and offered constructive advice. She designed a scheme for the space that no one else had come up with which gave us everything we wanted. Her brief was to create something like an art deco bathroom from the savoy hotel. When she presented the ideas we weren’t sure about the tile and cupboard colour combination, she suggested and alternative which was perfect. We can’t thank her enough for the way in which paid attention to our needs and how she liaised with our contractors. Highly recommended, thank you.

Emma at the Loanhead store was a great help to us. Very experienced, knowledgeable and patient.
We provided the bathroom size & an outline of what we wanted and she put the whole package together.
It was important to us to get good quality fittings with value for money and she sorted it.

Sue at Dorchester Branch was 5 Star
Sue at the Dorchester branch was really good with planning and advice for 3 bathrooms that needed to be fitted. I wanted something that was good quality but did not cost the earth - success with both objectives! Very happy with all aspects and would happily recommend going here to anyone. The bathrooms have been installed now for about 5 months, so we have had a chance to really use them and all works really well and we are happy that we have got some great bathrooms. Above and Beyond our Expectations
We are absolutely delighted with the transformation of our bathroom, supplied via Ellie Borrows at City Plumbing Aintree, and fitted by an outstanding team via John Carr at JC Bathrooms. Emma was amazing
Emma was amazing - she knew the products incredibly well and could give really good advice based on our needs & budget - also a whiz with the software used to map everything onto the room and help think through all details. This was the best design / advice session i've ever had and I wish I'd found her sooner.

Gail at the Dronfield store was a star
Gail at the Dronfield store was a star.
After being let down with delayed deliveries from another local supplier we called into The Bathroom Showroom at Dronfield.
Gail could not have been more helpful. We discussed requirements and she put together an order with no trouble. A few weeks later and all parts were delivered and after installation our new bathroom looks fabulous.
I can totally recommend the team at Dronfield.
