The staff were very pleasant and eager to assist me in choosing the right luggage for my impending holiday.
I was shown a vast amount of suitcases all at very competitive prices. I have learnt from past experience that you get what you pay for.
The customer care I received means I will happily return.

Sturdy yet stylish shopping trolly
I was looking for a sturdy, reliable and stylish shopping trolly as my previous one fell apart in weeks. This trolly is excellent because it is very sturdy yet can be easily folded. It fits a large amount of produce without collapsing and yet is easy to pull along even the bumpers of streets. It also looks really stylish.

Thought this was a scam! Bought online initially off Amazon website. Want to return cases and having to pay for the return myself. Additionally not answering phone calls and emails. Would not recommend dealing with company as priducts poor too.

I would have given 5 star but there was a couple of what appeared to be rust marks on the frame but apart from that love the item and would buy again and then delivery time was really good

I had bought a large case in March. On first use it was damaged beyond repair by the airline. I wanted to replace it as it was part of a set. Maria at the Chatham branch said it was out of stock and tried a few other stores without success. She said she would keep trying and 5 days later managed to locate one and called me to let me know. Great service

The 36” Cargo Back is what I needed
Having already purchased a 32” Cargo Bag a couple of years ago, I was very happy with my purchase, the delivery and the quality fir the price. And it’s still going strong!
As a result of my past experience, I purchased a lager 36” Cargo Bag for my needs. The online process was seamless, the size I needed, delivered on time, and the bag quality exceptional.

We visited Baggage World Glos Quays…
We visited Baggage World Glos Quays today. A lovely selection of cases &bags to suit every occasion. Lucy &Rachel served us, they were very helpful &friendly. We were able to leave our cases there & collect once we had finished our shopping we came away with two cabin sized suitcases, very pleased indeed.

Great brand and quality
This is my second suitcase of Eagle and I love it. It is a great brand and very good quality product. It keeps Ryainair expectations 40x30x20. It is more expensive than other suitcases, but it is worth it.
