The rep was unable to adequately explain the logic behind the account balance policies. Specifically Ashley H. was particularly unhelpful. I presume it's not their fault and they are just working from a script, but still.

Person understood my question, submitted a rquest for me, and a summary of our conversation was sent to my email.

Makayla J. She was a throughout and helpful. She asked questions until I issue was resolved. This was true actual customer service. I had someone else help me, but Makayla J did impressive work and diligence to help. Im a happy customer with her expertise and assistance.

Horrible! Season ticket holder for over 10 years (FC Dallas) every year there is always a access issue with the site. I wish I can move to another ticketing site, but I'm sooo tied down to this site that lacks the maturity vs sites like ticketmaster, stubhub or geekseat.

When I finally was able to talk to a real human (which was difficult to do), Kyle B gave me clear instructions about how to resolve my problem. Thanks Kyle

Really fantastic experience overall; very easy to use. Sadly I had to cancel a VIP experience with a band, and having the insurance on the tickets allowed me to get a refund within moments via the chat, with a real human, in the lovely Tasha. Refunds are rarely that quick with any service, and the fact that this was painless and fast made me quite happy!

The representative was super helpful and prompt and resolved my issue. They also provided additional information for an update that I need to make on my account. Very helpful!

Upon arriving at the venue, I was told by event staff that they had to change my seat. There was no prior notification of this. The new seat that I was given was a clear downgrade from what I purchased. Despite subjecting its customers to a no returns/no exchanges policy, AXS does nothing to hold event promoters accountable when they exchange your purchase for something of lesser value. They refuse to even take refund requests past the event date, which is absolutely absurd; I'm supposed to not participate in the event that I paid for and start a refund claim on the spot? In short, I did not receive what I purchased, and to top it off, AXS' customer service was so very unhelpful. I cannot believe that a ticket provider as big as AXS resorts to small-time scammer tactics.

Can't buy tickets without creating an account. While it was trying to validate my email during account creation, it lost my session with selected tickets. Now I need to wait like an idiot for the lock to be released.
