I’m want dowlando avs video

I bought the entire AVS suite a long time ago. A lifetime package. Best software deal I've ever made! The other day I needed to make a 15sec promo video. The expensive, semi-pro software I usually use was totally unable to export in the slightly unusual aspect ratio required. So I turned to my trusty AVS. No problem!! Very easy to use and exported perfectly.
Great buy - totally recommend it either as a simple, very easy-to-use suite - or as back up. FIVE STARS

Buyer beware! No way to cancel subscription. No place on line. No phone # to call. No chat. No email. Total mouse trap / nightmare once you purchase.

The only way I could
Do Do is if you want me and my friend and you are in a group and you want us

The layout is nice and overall it functions well without crashing or conflicts.
My gripe, as it were, the software writers have included an unholy amount of effects/transitions/text styles for the 11 to 16 year olds. The program is awash in gimmicky even goofy perhaps, effects nobody would use. Umpteen ways to say happy birthday or merry xmas, spiraling whatevers, etc. Yet a very complex way of adding normal text and editing, seeing what is being changed.

* One Important feature missing [and I suggested maybe December last year] is a way to crop a video. Pull a bounding box or such to easily reframe the final dimensions and region of interest before publishing. How can they ignore that?
Yes they replied, the standard we'll look into it answer.
