After a recent hospital stay

After a recent hospital stay, I rented a Joos charger for my son to charge his device. There was a misunderstanding over rental charges, whereby I assumed it was a one off charge of £2.00, but actually we were charged by the hour. I emailed Joos and explained the circumstances and lack of understanding on my part and they quickly responded and wavered the charges incurred. Within their email they displayed concern & compassion, which meant a lot at a very difficult time.

Possible Scam as no refund for power bank

Returned my power bank on 21 June at a hospital emergency department
No refund contacted them and supplied all the information they requested on 2 separate emails bank details - proof of purchase - dates - location etc . Initially they answered me but nothing for 2 weeks . Not sure if this is a scam . Next step contact the hospital and my bank . Very concerned

Overcharged for using a Joos powerbank

Got charged £36 for using a Joos power bank for 3 hours (advertised at £2 for half an hour). Couldn’t get through to a human on the 0800 no., so I used the web chat. It took over an hour of going round in circles clarifying when and where I rented the bank and for how long, with huge gaps between communications (repeatedly 6-10 mins between replies so I kept wondering they’d left the conversation). Then they argued I’d used the bank it for over 24 hours (in a hospital DAY CASE unit). It was a painful process of endless persistence on my part but they did finally agree, well over an hour later, to refund £20, so although frustrating it was worth the time and effort in the end.

I was sheeeeeet outttta juice and…

I was sheeeeeet outttta juice and neeeded to get my b8 on as i was waiting on some stoooopid doctors and people fix my broken shoulder... it kinda sucked... the broken shoulder as opposed to the b8 sesh. I mean that was frigggin great! these guys helped me big time... I mean i had 6 hours to wait for a bed in er and then like more time spent waiting for like a real bed... it was overall one of those things where i couldnt get any energy whatsoever...and this was my only option... I grabbbbed it with gleeee!

It's so easy and simple

It's so easy and simple! Follow the instructions then plug in the charger and get on with whatever you were doing! No leaving your phone in a locker to charge where you can't use it! Charging was quick and returning it a doddle! 100% recommended for getting you out of the nightmare of a dying phone and having to find someone who has a charger that fits!

Great for emergency charge!

Great that these were available in the emergency room!! Small issue when returning the pack as I didn’t make sure the return had registered. Was charged £36 after 24hrs so contacted customer service who were great!! 😊

Hospital Emergency WIN

This system was fantastic while attending to a family emergency in hospital. Easy to use and well priced. The return process was not smooth and I was overcharged, but when I reached out they resolved the matter and refunded the overcharge immediately.

Still no return of my £36 deposit

Still no return of my £36 deposit, bit of a joke considering i returned it within 30 minutes.

Joos charge port - lifesaver!!!

Joos charge port was really easy to use.
And to be honest takes the added worry away especially when you in the A&E ! You know you can charge your phone when needed. This was a great help for me and my granddaughter as we would have been stuck without it! Thanks Joos x
