Thanks to Aidan for a great experience! Despite being a domestic customer likely placing a once-in-years order, AVPM were really helpful and proactive. They checked that the large commercial display I was interested in would actually work for my intended purpose and even checked the dimensions of my house to ensure it would fit. Installers were great and I'm really happy with the end result.

Excellent service and support
As a large secondary school, we regularly order AV equipment. Each time we request a quote, AV Parts Master consistently beats the competition by hundreds of pounds — like magic — making them exceptional value for money.
Our account manager, Jordan, is always attentive to our needs, going above and beyond (almost like someone waving a wand behind the scenes).
Things do occasionally go wrong — as they do with any supplier — but unlike many companies that leave you hanging, Jordan always manages to turn drama into a happily ever after — with a touch of sparkle and the occasional song, if needed.
We would highly recommend AV Parts Master and fully expect to remain a long-standing customer

They had sold out of the projector I'd…
They had sold out of the projector I'd ordered, offered a suitable alternative but when I explained I'd researched and chosen this one specifically (they were offering the best price in the market). They redoubled their efforts and were able to make it work which I really appreciate. Three phone calls within an hour and all was sorted. I was really impressed with the level of post sales service.

Exceptional customer service
I needed replacement parts for a screen bought from AV Parts Master five years ago but wasn't sure if it would be possible to get spare parts or I'd need to buy a new screen. Excellent service in sourcing a replacement lamp
Very helpful in sourcing a replacement lamp for my "discontinued Epson projector". I had a small issue on the install of the lamp but I received excellent help to quickly resolve the issue.

Excellent, highly recommended!
I've been buying projector lamps from these guys for 10+ years and the service has always been excellent. On the rare occasion that there have been issues they have been quick and effective in working to a resolution. Pre-sales advice is accurate and comprehensive. Their prices are extremely competitive, products that say 'in stock' actually are and the range of products beyond lamps is excellent too. Highly recommended, I don't know of a better firm in this market. A++

Online Sales Team (OST) Assistance
I had placed an order as requested by a colleague for a projector and a screen. All was well, however, and isn't there always a however, I was quickly contacted by the OST who informed me they were not compatible. I put my colleague and the OST together and they were able to find a suitable replacement. The order was amended without fuss and as luck would have it, the better alternate was in stock. So far so good!
I was looking for a short throw projector and tried AV Parts Master. After placing my order late one evening, I received a phone call the following day to ensure the projector I had selected was suitable for the purpose I required. I was informed the projector would be with me the following day. True enough it was. The day after delivery I was contacted to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Now, of course, you can only really tell how good a company is when they have to support customers when things go wrong. I haven’t needed such support yet. But I’m fairly confident if I did then I’d be in good hands. Would I recommend them? Yes, from my experience so far, a very easy transaction.
