24 hour delivery but communication could be better
The item we ordered was in stock and delivered next day. However we didn't get any updates on the dispatch or the tracking and assumed it was out of stock. We were pleasantly surprised to receive it early afternoon less than 24h after ordering.

Exceptional customer service from Holly
Holly from AV Parts Master was exceptionally helpful. I received a call from her regarding a headset backlog and she was able to suggest an alternative with the same features I needed. She helped to solve this through a few one to one calls and it was a breath of fresh air to talk to just one rep throughout who understood my needs.
I would highly recommend on customer service alone, as well as a great product selection and competitive prices.

Oops! wrong address...
Ordered a like for like screen Friday evening to replace one that was broken that day. Unfortunately, I only realised after the order was confirmed, I sent it to my house instead of its intended destination at my work. (Thank you auto-fill...)
Thankfully, I spoke with Debbie on the phone Monday, and she was able to help me get the delivery address changed. The screen has now arrived today, and will be installed tomorrow morning.
Very helpful, very understanding, and a very speedy delivery; 5/5 stars!

These guys have always been awesome…
These guys have always been awesome with our requests. always followup with a call to confirm the order and their email comms have been spot on too.
I use these mainly to replace parts of our company VC estate as screens break in our estate. Next day delivery always hits the mark and we have had no issues with delivery to our central london location.

I was really impressed with the service…
I was really impressed with the service from AV Parts Master. Ordering online was quick and straightforward, making the whole process very easy.
Shortly after placing my order, I received a follow-up call to explain that the parts I'd ordered might need to be supplied as replacement parts. I really appreciated them taking the time to contact me and keep me informed. Even better, they called me again later to let me know they had actually found the original parts.
The level of customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to source the correct parts and kept me updated every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use AV Parts Master again and would highly recommend them.
