The keys arrived and worked and were well packaged

Communication was spot on.
It arrived on day and time agreed
The delivery driver was great, I had expected a pallett, but it comes in trolleys and the driver took each piece of at a time, placed on drive and put cardboard between each piece, he wouldn't let me help, H&S I guess, but I did the cardboard placement.
So started very good.
Instructions, clearish but watched a few u-tube videos as well.
I believe a review of those would be good, as some stages skipped over a bit, the sealant as example.
And some of the paper instructions were not as the videos.
However got on with it and in the end had a decent build, take your time and have a helping 2nd pair of hands.
Result was a pleasing secure shed for my case motorcycle.

I’ve been asked to review Asgard two weeks after ordering so, this is my review for that.
After placing my order, I received my invoice promptly.
However the invoice showed that the delivery wouldn’t be so prompt.
An estimated dispatch date of 2 months later was stated but the it goes on to say that that “is the date we will ship your product(s) into our regional warehouse” so I’m not sure when I’ll eventually have the storage on my drive.
There is no mention of long lead in times on the website and if there had been, perhaps I would’ve ordered earlier in the year rather than having to keep my bike in the house throughout part of the winter months.
I’m sure I’ll be delighted when the storage does turn up and get assembled, and I’ll be able to leave an enhanced review.

It was very easy from start to finish they did exactly what they said they would , very easy to erect the setup instructions are very basic but I used youtube , the only issue I had was that water got inside but I just run some silicone down the joints and it's been fine since.

A wonderful easy to assemble quality product made in Yorkshire! Tracy's product knowledge and tour of the assembly area secured our choice. We were grateful for the skill of the delivery driver who unloaded our shed taking into consideration the site of construction. The instructions were easy to follow and our secure shed was ready in only a few hours.

The delivery although a long time was very efficient and the men who assembled the shed were very good.
The shed looks smart . I would say the bolts and lock for the door could have been stronger

I found Asgard a great help whilst buying a new steel shed online this week.
I was able to check with the customer service line to confirm certain details before, I placed my order.
The ordering service was self explanatory. Just waiting for a confirmation for date of delivery. Thank you.

In June I ordered a shed from Asgard.
Delivery and installation was supposed to be on or after 14 September. I had a general builder arranged to lay the base the previous week.
When the delivery team turned up on 8 September they couldn't fir the shed because the base wasn't ready.
Later that day, I got an email saying that someone would be in touch within 48 hours to reschedule. It never happened.
More recently I have been on the phone. Every time the answer I get is 'someone will be in touch'.
It never happens.
Followup:
Asgard have now been in touch and are asking for an additional £250 because of failure of their premature visit.

Following some discussion, Asgard have agreed to install the shed without additional fee. I will add another paragraph to this when it has been fitted.

The storage was delivered by a helpful delivery man.
Instructions were clear and easy to follow.
There was a lot of packaging.

It was straight forward to assemble and is robust. Would recommend them

11/10/26: review update- Asgard have been in touch and have been very apologetic, they have sent a team to resolve the issues and whilst the door on one shed isn't great they have discounted a fair amount for the inconvenience and in my opinion worked hard to resolve the matter. They do genuinely seem to care about what they are delivering to their customers, it seems they are extremely busy at the moment with high demand, which may be the cause of the bad luck with my order.

27/09/26: Problems at Asgard at the moment. I recommend avoiding until they get their ship in order. Perhaps try Tuffbox.

I purchased two storage sheds, and a spare set of keys. Both units have fabrication issues which have to be replaced. The keys are coded incorrectly and don't work either. On top of that Asgard have been slow to deal with the issue, making promises to fix the items to timelines they have been unable to keep.

Its coming up to a month since my initial item delivery date and not one of my storage units is can be closed securely. I imagine they are having staffing issues or something which is interfering with their quality control process. Once they have those things fixed they might have a quality product but for now buying from them is a headache in waiting.

Really pleased with the Centurion x4 Bike Shed. Build quality is superb (it’s absolutely solid) and the team that installed it was excellent. Highly recommended.

I’ve had my bike shed for nearly 10 years and it’s still going strong. After moving house, I managed to lose one of the hinge plates, so I contacted the company to see if I could buy a replacement. They sent me a new plate and bolts (including a spare) completely free of charge. Fantastic product and, clearly, fantastic customer service. I know exactly where my next shed will be coming from!

Bought an Asgard Bike Shed in 2019 the first 3 or 4 years were great no problems at all.
Then it started to go wrong doors won't shut properly without beating the shit out of them to close properly.
Rang Asgard they said the doors need adjustment well you can't actually adjust these doors.
Customer service is rubbish these sheds are bloody expensive and now mine is a right pain to open and close would never buy an Asgard Shed ever!!!
