FYI, other customers: sometimes Spam filters can be aggressive and block our emails. If you have not heard from us within a few days of placing your order, please drop us a line, and we will sort it out for you. Don’t be shy, and get annoyed behind the scenes. We have automated the initial comms to (believe it or not) make it more reliable and efficient…. Though it's not perfect, the odd one will get blocked. Just let us know.

I explained what was the problem with my aga box container and she knew exactly what I meant and told me I needed a certain item and she gave me the price and explain to me. Hi to order it online and it will be with me within 7 to 10 days it arrived early very pleased.

A superb quality shed from reputable and reliable British manufacturer. 
We researched online and came across the Asgard products where we read some very favorable reviews. We placed an online order for a Flexistore 1511 and received immediate confirmation followed by regular updates regarding its supply and delivery which was admittedly quite protracted but at least we knew from the moment of placing the order the anticipated timeframe so in that respect we appreciated the upfront information. We chose the additional erection service and we took delivery early this morning for which we received several prior communications giving advice of ETA. The shed was installed in our preferred position within approximately two hours and we were extremely pleased with the entire operation which was undertaken by professional and experienced personnel. The product is of faultless quality – being robust, totally secure and with a quality powder coated finish. We also purchased the additional base which has adjustable feet and allows for the shed to be made perfectly horizontal. All in all – this is a superb shed of faultless quality and a credit to a British company.

Quick Response and rapid service.
I only ordered some levelling shims and once I mentioned I needed them quite quickly they were delivered rapidly.
Plus there was a great option of mixing various sizes and all at a very reasonable price.

Very well made steel sheds
Very well made steel sheds, easy to assemble with two people. Though the lead time was longer than expected it was worth the wait, the communication along the way was clear and accurate. The delivery driver was great and handled the off loading carefully.

Brilliant service throughout kept me in the loop the whole time with each stage of the delivery. Prompt delivery and driver who unloaded it all was great. It all needed to go round the back of my property and he was very helpful with this.

very poor experience from start to finish
A 2 month waiting time... arrived in bits and dumped on the lawn by the delivery guys, and then when i tried to assemble i discovered the threads of the nuts and bolts had been sprayed over with paint and needed to be tapped out before I could assemble Very poor - My order number was 335866

Good information and sample photos of all the range, including dimensions diagrams (essential for me).
Lead times are well posted, so no surprises on that (mine estimated at 6 weeks).
Can't comment on assembly as yet, but the purchase system was smooth and trouble free.

Thanks for the feedback. I often look at our products and wonder whether they seem expensive at first glance. However, when I compare them with what else is available on the market, they actually represent pretty decent value.
When you look at the thickness of the steel, the quality of the coatings, the overall build quality, the thoughtful design details, and the strength of the product, there are only a handful of genuinely comparable alternatives. Some competitors' products may look similar in photos, but the differences become very apparent once you receive them and see the quality firsthand.
We've never claimed to be the cheapest option, and that's intentional. I came across a great article this week that summed it up perfectly, far better than I could ever:
"Ultimately, the best shed is not necessarily the cheapest or the most expensive. It is the one that provides the right combination of quality, security, durability, and value for the job you need it to do." Thanks Andy

The point of purchasing was easy and there were no issues, however the proof of my overall experience will be on delivery and installation and as the delivery of my shed isn't until the 19th of October 2026 depending on how that goes my experience may change

The order came through, but our system went offline, so a few order confirmation emails never left us. Sorry, though I understand all is well now. This is my bad!
