Ordered shed but you could not deliver to caravan park

Our shed 5ft x 11ft was delivered and erected on Friday 17th April 2026. The men arrived promptly at around 8.15am after a lengthy journey. They erected the shed quite quickly and were extremely amenable. We are absolutely delighted with the product and the two men who visited us. I have today placed an order for a magnetic led light fixture. I would absolutely recommend this Company as our experience was excellent. We may in the future require another smaller garden shed and if so we will purchase from yourselves.

I recently ordered two sheds from Asgard. I ordered some accessories and Zarah from the CS team contacted me to advise that I had ordered incorrectly and corrected the order accordingly. Zarah also quickly resolved a missing part of the order.
The customer service I have received is outstanding and matched the quality of the product. It will not be long before I replace another shed and it will definitely be from Asgard.

After I placed my order, I discovered that there was a problem - at my end, not theirs. I explained my issue to Kelly, and subsequently to Helen, and between them they worked with me to resolve my problem. Helen in particular went more than the extra mile, to respond to my difficulty.
Good customer service often seems to be the exception rather than the rule. But customer service with this level of attention and consideration is rare indeed. Congratulations to these two - and, thanks!

All round quality product - I wouldn’t bother with any other shed

We have just taken delivery of our Centurion 11 x 5 shed in grey with floor and shelves and hooks. What an amazing shed. Asgard absolutely delivered 5 stars plus, it is solidly built and we have total confidence in its function. Professionally built by a team without any problems. We can recommend without hesitation. Good communication between buying and receiving shed. Very solid and perfect size for storing ebikes. I ordered 2 extra metal shelves as they are great for storing tools etc.

The driver who delivered was absolutely brilliant but the shed it's self was damaged on a couple of panels but managed to straighten out my self hope the next one I've already purchased comes ok

After a slight hiccup with delivery the motorcycle shed arrived and with a friend put it up in about 3 hours (not rushing)
It is a very sturdy unit and ideal for my Triumph America
Upon completion I noticed the guttering brackets had not been included however a quick email resolved the issue with help from Zarah Jallani at Asgard
They were posted the next day
